Getting to the hotel from train station was very difficult. Not the fault of the hotel. However shuttle service from station could be provided on request like some other hotels.

Location. Beautiful view of the lake from the room as well as from the breakfast room. Check in was smooth. They provided early check in which helped. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast selection was very good. Chef was in the restaurant to cook the choice of egg. Staff friendly and efficient.

While the bathroom had an excellent rain head shower it was a little small.

Everything in the room appeared brand new, I suspect it has been through a major renovation, hence the name change. Excellent blinds that give complete light block, excellent air con and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed an excellent night's sleep and stunning views with a little balcony to enjoy it from.

Staffs at reception not nice and not provide information in need. Don’t let we know what time of breakfast, where is lift and etc. I think this hotel not well trained. They are racism. Management needs to focus on it. It s damage branding

Thank you to Caterina for a friendly welcome when we first arrived at the hotel. The facilities were first class and the location was not far from the train station which made it incredibly easy to get to other locations. It was also next to the lake pathway which was convenient.

The door to the bathroom didn’t stay closed. The air conditioner leaked on to the floor.

After crossing the road from the train station, hard time searching for the blue line on the ground, leading to the elevator that can bring us down. Better to ask and follow the blue line till the irish pub. We couldnt find it and have to carry our heavy luggages down the stairs. Other then that all was good

The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen and the size you’d have in a caravan. The room was very plain with no style but comfortable.

The Hotel was in a lovely position on the waterfront with a beautiful pathway with lovely gardens going around the waterfront. Fabulous views of the city and lake from our room and lovely views also from the restaurant.

Not easy to access from the station with luggage nor to get into the lobby

The views from the room were beautiful - mini bar was free and there was a gift of wine and water bottles on the table - very unusual to get that anywhere and very appreciated .

This was my seven time stay in this lovely hotel and had a very relaxing stay. The hotel has a great location and the room has a nice balcony facing the lake, mountains and partial the charming city of Montreux. Reception Staff are very friendly & helpful.
