Room was extremely small; we felt cramped and uncomfortable. Shower way too small and bathroom needed an update.

Breakfast was wonderful. So many choices- chef prepared eggs. View was lovely and service excellent. Front desk staff well trained.

it's on top of the hill so a bit inconvenient to get to from train station. We took an Uber there, cost 14 chf each way. Hotel doesn't provide a shuttle to/from train station. there's a cable car to the bottom which we took once. Our room was ready a few minutes after 3pm, despite requesting early check-in. Nothing we can do about that as 3pm is the check in. We ate dinner at La Scala which was very good, very pricey but nice.

We stayed at the corner suite, it have a hot tub on the large balcony. The hotel offers an all in one solution, it is situated up on the hill thus allows for the majestic view of the mountains, the lake and the city below, and it has its own funicular, that puts you at street level on the lake shore. The food and service at the restaurant was great and the same with the breakfast

The Art Deco Hotel at the Montana is a wonderful hotel. The attention to detail is spectacular. The bathrooms are large and designed with a modern fare on Art Deco design. The rooms with balconies over looking the lake are breathtaking and the staff are super friendly AND helpful. I have zero notes for this hotel.

No gym but not a major issue, we just like to keep fit! Expensive for 2 nights but that's Switzerland in general I think, not a reflection of the hotel.

This hotel is beautiful. Staff were amazing and the decor of the hotel is just stunning. We ate in the restaurant on our second night and the food was incredible. Terrace is incredible with views of lake Luzern and lovely cocktails. We were celebrating our anniversary and we got a small box of chocolates which was a lovely treat. It is up a steep hill but theres a free cable car that runs all the time so no issue! Bathroom facilities with hairdryer also amazing.

Small and old fashioned room. The bathroom is not good either. To enter in the restaurant they demand a dress code, even for the guests of hotel. We have not seen this before in any other hotel, fancier than this one.

Everything was almost perfect, except there was a buzzing sound (seemed electrical-related) that would intermittently come on for a few seconds every so often during the night. We couldn’t figure out what it was or where it came from, and eventually it seemed to cease, but started again early in the morning.

The location and views toward the lake were amazing. We loved the design and comfort of the furnishings in our room.

Beautiful property, love the decor, the room, the added touches and of course the view 😀 location perfect as a little out of the tourist spots but easy to get into the city with the funicular. The staff are so helpful and so friendly. I am in the luxury hospitality industry and this ticks all luxury boxes.

When we checked in, Lyn showed us to our room on the 5th floor. We stay at ADM during our last week of our vacation to Europe. Therefore I spurged on the room. The room Lyn showed us was not the room I had requested when I made my reservation back in Aug. Lyn was amazing and quickly turned the rooms around so that we had the room I had wanted. We were very pleased and enjoyed the hot tub and the views for our 6 night stay.
