Location, facility, breakfast, the owners are incredible. Everything so clean and well organised. Highly recommend. Close to Levante city center and train station, the owners gives a parking ticket for free parking in Levanto.

Not very good soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors from the next room.

Wonderful place. Clean, good repair, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfasts, beautiful and comfortable place to relax outside with beautiful views. Parking for cars. Very friendly hosts. We were very pleased.

it is located a fair way from town and only accessible by car or taxi. the owner was terrific and collected us from the station and dropped us off each morning at 9am. However we couldn't just drop back for a rest during the day. If you have a car, this is the place to stay.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. the garden was immaculate. A pity the weather was not warmer to be enjoy the pool. Breakfast was varied each day and plentiful

An excellent place to stay. Carlo and Monica were fabulous hosts. They really couldn’t do enough for you - thank you. They were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. The pool area was absolutely beautiful, relaxing and perfect to dip in and out of after visiting the Cinque Terra. We did the hike from Monterosso to Vernassa - would recommend.

Location just out of town - up a hill. Need a taxi or a ride with the host if they are going into town and can take you. 10E taxi, so not a problem. Very tranquil and excellent hosts

Cute family-run bed and breakfast. Exceptional hospitality. Great if you are travelling to cinque terre by car - there is parking on site and they give you free permits to park at levanto stn.

Friendly helpful couple who own the property. Greeted us and showed us to room. Great homemade breakfast with lots of treats to choose from. BEAUTIFUL grounds with pretty flowers and well manicured. Did not use pool, as did not have time, but it was spotless with many chairs to sit it. Free parking and parking pass for the city was appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great accomodation the property is in very good condition very clean and tidy The gardens are beautiful and it has a very good pool. The owner’s are very nice people and are helpful . They lent us a parking card for Lepanto which provided us with easy parking. We would definitely stay there again.

A bit too many rules to abide by. The opening hours of the swimming pool are ill-conceived and need to be reconsidered, sooner the better. Relaxing in the pool after a long day in Cinque Terre would be a unique feature of the place, but the pool closes at 8 pm. Not good.

Very nice hosts, great quiet location, free parking pass to the train station. And the breakfast, both in choice and quality, is simply amazing! Every current and prospective host should take a training course here.

There was nothing that could be improved

Breakfast was amazing - homemade baked goods every morning with lots of fresh options - quite the breakfast spread. Location was perfect for exploring the cinque terre without dealing with all of the crowds- the pool was delightful in the afternoon after a day exploring and the owner offers drinks by the pool which is a nice touch. The facilities were immaculate and well cared for

No big remarks. The room was a bit small and there was some light at night but that was okay for us. You need to have a car to get around and to drive to Levanto or other towns nearby.

Lovely little place close to Levanto and Cinque Terre. The owners Carlo and Monica are super friendly and made our stay nice. They give you nice tips and serve the best breakfast. Monica makes the best cakes so every morning we had to choose between all the good stuff. The pool is lovely to cool down and they even serve fresh aperol and limoncello spritz that is home made by Monica. We didn’t have any but it looked amazing. They provide a free parking card for Levanto city for the parking near the beach and also the train station. It’s the ideal starting point to take the train to Cinque Terre.

The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been access to a kettle or coffee maker to make a tea and coffee when we felt like it. Also, we didn't realise how difficult it would be to get a taxi to and from Levanto during busy periods. It would be much easier staying here if you had a car.

Really charming B&B with very welcoming hosts and a great breakfast. The pool was much appreciated after a long, hot day in the sun on the Cinque Terre.

The B&B is set in the hills of Levanto with stunning views. Carlo and Monica offer a delicious breakfast and drinks by the pool in the afternoons. The B&B is decorated beautifully with well kept gardens.

We loved everything. The only thing we would have liked is tea and coffee in the room.

Beautiful location just outside of Levanto with gorgeous views. The parking permit was extremely useful for downtown. Clean accommodation and swimming pool which our kids enjoyed the use of every day. Wonderful hospitality from Monica and Carlo. Carlo was thorough with his introduction to the area. We enjoyed ice creams and spritz by the pool :) and the kids had treats at breakfast time and in the day. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Thank you so much. We loved our stay.
