    “The room was more of a suite, it was so beautiful. I loved the big windows, and especially the view of the canal and other row of house. The breakfast was over the top, the neighborhood was old world charming, I loved walking all over the Old town of Bruges. The front desk lady Clair was so helpful and kind, she helped me solve a taxi problem which created a train schedule problem, and she was very interested in how to fix the problem. I really appreciated her help. The Hotel is so elegant and picturesque. I loved the fresh flowers, and the sitting room.”

    “We like that the hotel is quiet and cosy. It is away from the main street and city. Need to take a bus from Zurich Main Station then walk a distance after alighting from the bus. We like the little fine touches in the room such as the horns hanger and reindeer horn wall lamp. The shower and toilet is clean and spacious enough. There is a kettle, cups and coffee and tea provided in the room. There is a microwave oven at the reception for guests to use. Thank you.”
