Hosts at the hotel are lovely people, very welcoming and helpful.There is no elevator, but the hosts were very kind to help us with our luggage to be shifted to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good as well.”

“Everything was perfect! The apartment was huge and each room had an ensuite bathroom
. The kitchenette was actually a fully equipped kitchen. It was a shame we didn’t cook.
The breakfast spread was so good with so much variety. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location was also very close to rhetorical train station and main shopping street. Mainly restaurants were nearby the hotel, it was very convenient. Loved every minute of our stay!”
“We had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn, where we sat and drank coffee every morning. After hiking all over in the mountains, we returned every afternoon to enjoy the pool, sauna and hot tub. This was amazing. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for eating out. And the location was perfect, really close to the Sunnegga/Rothorn gondolas, and not far from the Gornergrat train or center of town. We could not have asked for a better stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“The flat is very spacious and immaculate. The showers are fabulous with plenty of hot water. The mattresses were very comfortable with feather duvets and huge feather pillows. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge. The bathroom is large with twin sinks. Two rooms have a sink in them. There is plenty of hanging space in bedrooms and for outdoor clothing. An elevator is available. The situation of the apartment is convenient for the town centre and the cable cars. There are balconies outside every bedroom and lounge/ diner. The WiFi is good. The host is friendly and will greet you on your first evening and settle up any outstanding city taxes the night before departure. Shampoo /shower gel provided. Washing up liquid is provided.”
