“The location as it was near the train station and gornegrat bahn station, near shops and restaurants as well. We also got upgraded and our room has a view of the matterhorn. Easy check in and check out and there's a shared kitchen where we can cook our own food, so very convenient for us.”
“Ample space, clever layout, clean but above all the staff service level and communication right from the time of booking. All questions were responded to, and always with kindness and courtesy. They came to our rescue yesterday almost immediately when the floods came and we had to be moved to another of their amazing apts (definitely a few levels up from what we booked originally). They were very gracious in supporting an extra day of stay since we were stranded. Ecaterina and Bronagh were always responsive and helped us in a very tough situation - staff even came and helped us bring our luggage when moving to the next apt. And they were so polite white waiting for us to pack etc.”
