“Lovely older hotel tucked away in Basel. We stayed in newer rooms across the street though very convenient to check in and dining areas. The rooms were large, very clean, and well designed with good sized bathrooms and comfortable beds and linens. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating, both in inquiries before we arrived and in questions we had about transport. The dining rooms are large with well curated menus for both dinner and breakfast. Service is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. We found ouselves sorry we were only spending one short night there as it would have been a fantastic place from which to explore Basel more fully.”

“The stay is okay for a night or 2, there is a shared kitchen which is not very clean ofcourse because it is shared with other hostel buildings. There was no coffee/tea maker in the apartment. It was a bare minimum.”
