It is desirable that the lighting of the access stairs from the gate to the patio is also under the control of the guests and not only from the main building.

To say we loved everything would be an understatement, everything was perfect and beyond.

super clean. it is a private space so that is comfortable. the interior is modern. even they have also Dyson hair dryer and fan. the wash room is super spacious. You never regret to choose the house to stay.

I didn’t dislike anything, but it did take me a few tries to figure out the lock on the sliding door which is the main entrance to the lower unit. The door, as well as the gate into the property, are heavy so you need to put a little muscle into it, but that added to the feeling of security. Both the gate and the sliding door have secure locks. For anyone with reduced or assisted mobility, they should be aware that there are steps from the entry gate down through the garden to the suite entrance.

My stay was September 6-9 for the P!nk concert and some tourism. I loved everything about this place. From the ease of contact with the host, easy check in, the lush garden, the beautiful modern clean suite, all appliances, all the supplies needed in a full kitchen, plenty of closet space, comfortable king size bed, great lighting, and the feeling of a safe secure unit in a very nice neighbourhood. I am a 5-10km a day walker/hiker, and this neighbourhood was perfect. From the corner of Blenheim and W 41 (just down the hill), I could go in all four directions to find beautiful treed streets, parks, grocery shopping, and any other shops, restaurants, and services one may need. It was easy to use transit, and an Uber would arrive within 5-10 minutes.

Great location, near lots of restaurants and shops. The house was very spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. I rate this 5 stars and would definitely stay there again. The host and her son were very helpful, accommodating, and very easy to get hold of. On my next vacation to Vancouver I would definitely stay there again!

As already mentioned: the mattress was very hard, but that is a matter of taste.

Dory was an excellent and super lovely host. She made it possible for us to check in 2 hours early and gave us the key herself. On departure, she organized an Uber for us to the airport. We stayed in the ground and 1st floor apartment, it is huge and the facilities are top notch. Only the mattress of the bed was too hard for us, but that's a matter of taste. The house also has an apartment in the basement, that is connected to the upper apartment via a staircase, so you could occasionally hear the guests staying there, but that didn't bother us. The location of the house is wonderfully quiet in a nice suburb. Two different bus stops are very close by (5 minutes walk each), so you can easily take the bus to the downtown area. Grocery shopping is also within walking distance.

An owner's instruction list on how to use TV, how to dispose of rubbish, where pool is located, general security and use of keys, would be a helpful and welcome addition to the property. None of these minor points could detract from a very enjoyable stay.

Overall, a very beautiful apartment/home and comfortable stay. Communication with owner could have been a bit better by providing more information about the property such as the house is currently for sale. An unexpected "showing" occurred on Sunday with realtors and clients. Although they didn't view the apartment, they were present in the beautiful garden outside. Although not a major inconvenience, warning that this may occur would have been helpful. Also, a few necessities would have been nice like hand soap dispensers at sinks, dish drying towels, spatula and additional kitchenware accessories. Although a kettle was provided, I could not find a coffee machine as mentioned in the description. Although I had a lock for the entrance gate, I wasn't provided with a key to the apartment door. I did appreciate meeting the owner's son who dropped by to water the plants.

It was advertised as Entire Place to myself, which is untrue. There were people staying upstairs, and I only got the basement unit to myself. This is a shared space, so it was falsely advertised.

We had a great 3 night stay. The house is out of town but is well serviced by public transport. We used the light rail, which was about 1.2 km away, and a direct bus to the city was one block away. Very clean and comfortable. Had lots of facilities. great kitchen and bed was very comfortable. Great, peaceful neighbourhood, watching all the cyclists and joggers heading to Queens Park while sitting on the bedroom balcony. Went to a baseball game, which is only about 200 metres away. Great contact with host via messaging and easy key pad entry Totally recommend.
