The A/C unit wasn't a attached and ended up not fitting the window, and with showing up at just the right time of year was a very humid room, but we we're provided with a fan & cooling unit.

Great place with the people working/ staying there.a little further out from downtown but within public transportation distance. It was walking distance to a bus stop. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They had a very beautiful yard. Bathroom was very clean and offered both a top shower and moveable head.

Although no breakfast was promised, it would have been a nice addition.

One important asset is that their location is about 20 minutes from the airport and five minutes (via Uber) from the nearest skytrain station. The private bathroom was new, the neighborhood was quiet. There was a washer/dryer available. Vivi and her husband were very accommodating and helpful to me including helping me with my luggage. In the common room, there was an espresso maker and a refrigerator (I was given my own shelf).

The walls were very thin, but wasn’t too much of an issue since guests were respectful. Arriving was surprised by the busy street but it was good.

1.) The hosts are welcoming, informative, and hospitable. They greatly take care of you. 2.) The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and hygienic. They have a large bed, fan, desk and personal washroom with plenty of toiletries. You don’t have to share the washroom with anyone. Great value for the price. 3. The utilities are excellent. There are plenty of snacks, tea, water, coffee, and silverware. The internet is very fast. Awesome place for a movie night. 4. Awesome location. Victoria drive is full of great restaurants and stores. Transit stops are nearby and it’s only a 10 min ride to downtown Vancouver to catch a hockey game or skytrain to explore Vancouver.

Very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the kitchen/eating area with fridge and coffee and tea. Although property on a busy road we didn’t hear the traffic noise. Lots of parking in front of property.

Everything was close to perfection and the owners are kind, however as a muslim who worships only One God that is Allah, i felt somewhat discomfortable when i noticed the presence of a small statuette of Mary and Jesus above the entrance, i do not believe that its existence to be noticed by guests is needed , one of the property owners mentioned that they believe in Christianity so i think it is their very own personal matter.

Vivi is very friendly and helpful. The suite is clean, cosy and comfortable. Great location near bus station and so many stores, restaurants and pharmacies. Lovely house and great hosts, I highly recommend this place.

Everything is great. thanks to Vivi and her husband. These are wonderful people, friendly, decent, always ready to help in any situation. I recommend everyone to stay with Vivi now. The furniture is new, the shower is all new. Quiet area, convenient transport accessibility. I recommend Vivi.

I liked everything!!! super cozy room, luxurious and super comfortable bed, new bathroom, clean and spacious room. there is everything you need for short and long-term stays. Vivi's family (who lives on the ground floor) is very welcoming and helpful. They will do their best to answer all your questions. The room is not very big but is all we needed for 2 nights. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is perfectly adapted to our needs.

The property is very clean and the room was very comfortable. Owners were available whenever we needed them but we never saw them otherwise. Common area stocked with tea and instant coffee as well as ramen noodles. Microwave, hot water and fridge available for use. Fun neighborhood that is easily walkable with loads of international food options.

I love the location coz it’s close to everything. Stayed there for two nights and the owner is so hospitable. The place is actually very clean. First time to stay in this kind of property and glad that we had an awesome experience. Would like to book here again if there’s a chance.

Neighborhood are safe and many small businesses, shops, Asian restaurants and bus stop nearby. I found an excellent family owned bakery (Kamo Bakery)near her house.

The comfort vivi thoughtfully prepared for guests such as warm greetings, warm house, common space for guests can sit to drink teas and coffee, refrigerator, comfortable King size bed, clean room etc.
