The only thing we noted was that the curtains didn’t quite adhere to the wall so morning light would come through keeping them from being full black out curtains .

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Soaking tubs and floor to ceiling windows made for a light and bright space . The mattresses were super comfortable and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. I liked the tea cups included by the coffee service and a fridge for keeping waters . The built in nooks for products above the bathroom vanity were also a plus . Loved the locations and the staff throughout were friendly and professional .

Room was very comfy and loved the automation. The food was really good we had in room dinners and brekfats on several occasions. The coomunication with concierge and front desk was really easy and comfortable via Whatsapp. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were all great.

The staff were absolutely the best part of our stay. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. I would come back just for them alone. Special shout-out to Max at the front desk for being so attentive and kind, and offering us cool water when he noticed we were hot. Other than that, the room itself was very well equipped, and fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was clean and nice as well.

Nothing not to like - room was excellent and couldn't fault it. We were due on a cruise so the location was within a 10 minute walk of the harbour.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived very early for our second stay at the paradox but they checked us in, stowed our luggage and messaged us as soon as the room was ready with our luggage already taken to the room. They sorted a taxi to the airport. Great service.

A little on the pricey side but I suppose you get what you pay for.

The property was well located in Downtown Vancouver, just a 5 minute, easy stroll downhill to the harbour. The hotel is clean and has excellent amenities. The staff is superb including Front Desk, Room Maids, concierge and valet parking and door people. The indoor pool is good and the host tub excellent. Nice touches include bath robes and slippers in the room and an evening bed turn-down service. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I'd recommend is including breakfast in the price. Even if it is simply coffee and toast/pastries. I knew it wasn't included when I booked it though, to be fair. I just feel like it's standard for a big hotel.

Not so much a problem for us, but if you like a quiet drink in the hotel bar, this probably isn't the place for you. The bar is very busy with very loud music. I was surprised that even during the afternoon with virtually no one in the bar, the music was still booming out.

Very modern hotel, with really good sized room and all modern conveniences. Bang in the centre of town. Rooms exceptionally clean and spacious. Staff also very friendly and helpful.
