The electrical outlet near the bed is located behind the bed, so it's very difficult to plug my CPAP machine.

The location is very close to Arrowhead Provincial Park.

Lack of ground maintenance could use a few gardens and some out door chairs for us smokers , no coffee in the room coffee maker took two hrs to drop two cups of water ..and only two towels no cloths in room.

The in-room phone and wifi did not work. The sheets were clean but had dark stains on them. There was a coffee machine with no coffee, powdered milk or sugar. Two light bulbs were out as well.

The staff was very friendly. Comfy beds. Lots of parking. Close to Arrowhead Provincial Park. Check-in was quick. The room did have a nice big electric fireplace, which kept the room nice and warm. A Tim Hortans and Walmart were 7 minutes away which was convenient.

- Very dirty towels with black debris on it. - Stains on the bed sheets. - The window seems miss a piece of glass. It should be double layered, but with the missing glass, the wind can come in directly through the gap between the first and the second layer. - No hot water to bath. The first time we talked to the staff, we were told that the hot water could be exhausted. Actually, we had been in the room for two hours, during which we tried but get no hot water at all. I don't believe it takes two hours and still didn't get water boiled. The second time we try to reach the staff. Their door was locked (even within the proposed service time, it was only 9 in the evening). I need to ring the doorbell. And they told us there is no solution to the issue, let alone any compensation. I do understand that the rooms are fully booked. But at least they should provide an inspection on the water tank to see if it still works. - The room confirmation doc that I signed shows only one room but we booked two rooms instead. When I double confirmed with the staff, he said we will get 2 rooms and told us to ignore the doc. It looks like that they play some tricks with tax reporting.

- The room heating is good and warm. - The bed is comfortable. - Fridge and microwave available. - The bedtime readings are interesting.

It’s dirty , and old. I guess is good to stay for one night , and also For single travellers, not for families.

It’s close to Huntsville downtown, so many Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Close to Arrowhead provincial park.

I stayed in room 18 and didn't get a wifi signal, which is something important to me when I'm away from home.

The room was large, I was upgraded to a comfortable king size bed for no cost, the TV worked, the fridge kept my drinks cold, and the woman at the reception desk was friendly.

It's a little run down.

The bed was comfortable. I slept well, which is the most important thing. We stayed for one night as part of a stop-over. So, it met our needs. I had a couple of fun little walks on the property with the dog.

I needed a roof over my bed, a bed, and a secure place to park my motorcycle. This lace provided all of that.

No internet, no TV ;( Apparently hasn't been functional for past 3 weeks! Wish I had known in advance, I would have booked elsewhere. No credit offered for lack of services.

I stayed there 15 yrs ago and loved it. Very cute place and with the river right there and lots of open space to play with my kids, it was great. Now its run down and dirty. My bed sheets had blood spots on them. The landscape was overgrown and messy.

Its a quiet remote place. Lots of potential if updated.

The beds were absolutely horrible. It felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. I don't usually say much but they were really hard and my body is still sore . There were also no towels when I arrived

Water is leaking continueous on bath tub, commode and bed side tae ia wiggling... carpet is dirty, tv is not operating diffict to control.
