Cons: Outdated. The booking was for a king and the bed was the only thing good about the room. Was rather pricey and extremely small, the elevator reminded me of a service one. Pros: The lovely staff member helped me with the door, as I had my two kids plus bell hop filled with luggage and check in was a breeze, also had free parking, was pet friendly and offered breakfast. Stayed here as I was doing a long distance road trip for a move. Served its purpose and did what it needed too.

The manager who refused to give me a paper copy receipt of my paid stay. I was told by this manager that it wasn't his job to print out a receipt for a paying customer, and all the staff that printed out receipts were doing it wrong. As a customer, I pay his wages !!!

The room and our welcome for arrival and breakfast. Did not like our checkout, he refused to give me my receipt copy.

Room was an icebox and no way to turn off the AC. Blankets were to thin, curtains didn’t cover the entire window and there was blood on the sheets on one of the beds.

It was in complete disrepair. Our toilet paper holder was loose and coming off the wall. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The tub leaked out water st the bottom onto the floor. The hall and room smelled bad. The outside door and door to our room didnt shut properly unless you manually pulled on it and with so many strange people hanging around I did not feel safe. The bed was very uncomfortable and we only had one pillow each. The breakfast was so bad I didnt even eat. I never complain and give bad reviews but I would never advise anyone to stay

Fire alarm went off and no one knew what was going on. Front desk couldn't tell what was going on. People were going in and out the front doors during the alarms . When alarm was off no one was told they could go back into building. Also the smell of weed was awful on first floor. All most unbearable at times. Flies in room. Dead Flies on ceiling in bathroom. Small Flies in sink, bathroom tub. Bathroom walls dirty. No receipt under door during the night. Had to ask several times for a receipt. Breakfast, several customers hoarding heaping plates of food and not leaving anything for others. These customers brought plates to room and returned for more heaping plates full several more times

Way too overpriced for what it was. Arrived after a 10 hour day of driving to pay $175 for one person for a 6 hour stay in a room with no wifi for my work calls, dirty carpets, curtains that didn’t close so light poured in on ground level, and the tub didn’t drain so you end up standing in water. Will not be returning.

Three small pillows and a very thin blanket on a king size bed. Very noisy AC. Main floor hallway had a strong dog smell in the morning. Disappointing quality for a Travelodge. Will not stay there again.

We were never able to get on the Wifi, there were bags of garbage in the hallways. When we got to the room the door was ajar and was very difficult to open and close. The fire escape to the rear had the door held open. The carpet was so dirty in front of the fridge that it was sticky. The bathtub had paint peeling and the tap leaked so bad we had to put a cloth into the tub so we couldn’t hear it all night.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to freeze some water bottles for us.The towels were nice new, white and fluffy.

One older member of staff on reception was very ignorant, and just seem to act like we were not there after our long drive it wasn't appreciated. Maintenance of room was poor the bathroom had so much caulking on it there is no way it will ever leak! Your breakfast room is way to small for a hotel of that size and should be moved some where else much larger.

I was able to park our 16' trailer near the room even though the parking was filling up fast. Breakfast was good and the lady overseeing was very helpful. Most reception staff were friendly and professional

There was very poor internet quality. The room had a bad smell to it. There were only 12 Liberal news channels available on the television in the room, no entertainment channels. It's not worth the money.

The poor internet connection (none of us cannot connect as advised by staff that it was due to having many guests which shouldn't be for a hotel), the old carpet, the smell of smoke in the lift, showers are really old designs, and found some small insect on the carpet.

The breakfast and location was ok.
