The pool heater was not working. Made it hard on my child

It's under new Management and not quite all of the conveniences and there yet...there was no free coffee in the lobby, no bar soap in the rooms for showering or washing up with...just small stuff! The restaurant menu was overly East Indian fair, which isn't bad if you like that style of food and I do, my companions...not so much! The Beef Vindaloo was Awesome!! It should included more western style foods, not just beef or chicken burgers. Our rooms were close to the Restaurant, the hallway was very noisy and could here every word spoken...not to mention the Kids hockey teams that were present, the yelling and screaming was ALOT!

The Hotel is in a great location...at the intersection of Highways #1 and #3. easy to see find and access. The Staff was very friendly, the hotel is self was clean.

The breakfast selection was great. A little far of a walk to get there but none the less it was great. The pool was decent could have been warmer.

Beds were very firm and old. Headboards were VERY noisy. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Room was very warm and had to open the window and ask for a fan.

Many upgrades have been made but the furniture in the room needs attention. I mentioned it to the staff and the agreed. Upgrades are in the works.

Rice bowls from the on site restaurant were great. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate. Beds comfy great pillows. Essay place to get to just off major highways. Parked just outside our room. Could not have been better.

It was a very weird and confusing layout. Had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage and hockey bags, maybe there was an elevator but not in an obvious location. The hot tub was closed, the pool was very cold and so was the sitting area in the pool. It was in the -40s outside but there was a thick layer of ice inside. The free meeting room downstairs was a great perk for a hockey team to have, but it sure wasn’t easy to find! There were limited plug ins for vehicles which is quite unacceptable for Alberta winter weather. Our room (411) had no heat and we were very cold. Gladys who checked me out was really awesome. Thank you!

I forgot to take wine, beer , pop and food in my hotel room fridge when I checked out. Called within the hour to tell hotel staff my sister would be by to pick the items up. When she arrived she was only given a few cans of beer and pop. What happened to the rest???!!!

The property is old but renovated and you can see by the grand size of the pool and patio it was once a high end hotel. The breakfast was better than most.

The bathroom in our room was kinda small. The hot tub was quite small, the water could have been a bit hotter, the jets in the hot tub were barely working, could have them blowing harder to get that good massage on the back.

The king bed was really comfortable. The waterslide was decent and not crowded with a bunch of kids.
