the AC in my room wasn't working, so the heat was uncomfortable. that's all really.

A bit noisy especially early mornings when people where leaving

Room was very nice clean and comfortable. Hot tub, pool and water slides were clean and well maintained.

The pool was VERY unclean. The corners were full of dirt and bugs and misc. The rounded area was also very unclean. It was not good to let the children anywhere near the sides. It was fun though. You just need a shower after because you feel gross.

I loved the staff. They were so kind and friendly and very efficient.

The front desk didn’t have us booked for the right amount of nights but fixed right away. Some things still need to be updated. The next day we had to redo keys and internet as they didn’t update our days.

The water park and hot tub were nice. We ate at the restaurant there and it was excellent. It looks like they are trying to redo the rooms.

fix the air conditioning

There is no control for the air conditioning, I've stayed in 3 different rooms and the a/c doesn't work very well in any of them.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy and couldn't be adjusted. Since I was in town for surgery and a ground floor room was not available, the walking distance was a challenge. (It would have been okay otherwise). One of the mornings there was no hot water so had to have cold shower. Didn't have time to inform front desk as we had to leave.

There was a good variety of breakfast foods. It was open for a good window of time so we could enjoy it at a time convenient for us. We also very much enjoyed the dinner and service in the Cliff. The pool looked nice. We didn't have time to enjoy it, maybe next time. Bed was comfortable.

Outdated rooms with damaged furniture, light bulbs missing, bathroom fan hanging from the ceiling, bathroom door all rotten at the bottom, head board peeling and falling apart

The breakfast was fresh, hot and had a nice variety of items to choose from.

TV remotes didn't work and TV difficult to operate. Bedroom dark.

Swimming pool was great and kids enjoyed the hydroslide. Plenty of choices for breakfast, and all fresh.

The shower wall had been overlooked during cleaning (maybe just behind the shower curtain). A prior guest must’ve been sick and missed the toilet. And the lamp in the darkest corner of the quite spacious room didn’t work or the bulbs were burnt out so the room was quite dark.

It's under new Management and not quite all of the conveniences and there yet...there was no free coffee in the lobby, no bar soap in the rooms for showering or washing up with...just small stuff! The restaurant menu was overly East Indian fair, which isn't bad if you like that style of food and I do, my companions...not so much! The Beef Vindaloo was Awesome!! It should included more western style foods, not just beef or chicken burgers. Our rooms were close to the Restaurant, the hallway was very noisy and could here every word spoken...not to mention the Kids hockey teams that were present, the yelling and screaming was ALOT!

The Hotel is in a great location...at the intersection of Highways #1 and #3. easy to see find and access. The Staff was very friendly, the hotel is self was clean.

The breakfast selection was great. A little far of a walk to get there but none the less it was great. The pool was decent could have been warmer.

Beds were very firm and old. Headboards were VERY noisy. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Room was very warm and had to open the window and ask for a fan.
