It feels relaxing because it’s surrounded by trees and private.

The location is beautiful, it’s close to my needs and still feel like I am on a get away .have been going there for years. The last time I was there the room was not the best.

I ordered via txt message. Name: Room # Menu item #'s.........................and I verified the item in brackets(ceasar salad add chicken) The staff made a mistake, they gave me a ceasar salad, and a quesadella add chicken. I didn't want the Quesadella, I paid for it anyway because I'm a nice person, and I never told staff guy he got it wrong, because I am a nice person. The staff person at the restaurant was yelled at by a customer prior to me dealing with the staff. I felt sorry for the staff guy. soooooooo I paid for a whole meal that wasn't mine...the Quesadella. I think the staff member has a language barrier problem. Chicken ceasar salad is a common item ordered among Western Culture.

Rundown facility. Room had many problems...outlets not working, toilet running, ancient pillows. Hallways were dark with dirty rugs and smelled of old food and dirty feet. Nonsmoking but parking lot and entrance were full of smokers. Disappointing overall.

My biggest issue was the bathtub in my room had a massive amount of water underneath the liner so when you stepped around in the bathtub having a shower, the tub floor would move around like stepping on a waterbed. We noticed the floor of the bathroom was higher than the floor in the rest of the room, so there was a little step I kept tripping on to go to the bathroom, which is a safety concern. My husband said it’s likely the bathroom flooded and ruined the floors and instead of ripping out the old floor they put new flooring on top which created that height difference. Also the bed’s felt very worn and old warn, likely needs to be replaced soon.

The location to the DVP made it easy to get to Woodbine Park for the music festival we attended. I loved that there was a nice big pool even though I didn’t get to use it, it looked well kept. The Deluxe room had a nice balcony to go out on too.

When we arrived to the room it smelled dingy. Sorta like mildew. There was still a condom and wrapper left in the room prior to arrival. It made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire room. Also no hot tub is sorta a let down for the amount of money paid.

I liked the central location. Definitely made it easier to get to places I wanted to go. The hotel staff were nice and helpful and they were able to answer any question I had about the area. The store in the lobby was helpful as well

Parking is not included in the stay- I was told I had To pay extra. A few things in the room (clock, coffee maker) did not work. We ordered breakfast to the room- it was not good at all and really pricey.

The rooms are not amazing but fine for sleeping.

The pool was glorious, warm. The staff at the front desk was amazing. The bistro staff was also excellent.

The automatic door was broken to enter the hotel. The lobby smelled like smoke and was not clean. Elevator smelled as well. Room was not clean - I could see a dust under tv and shower was dirty.

The location from a highway was excellent and drive to downtown was within 20 minutes.

Some amenities (Garden Cafe, spa/whirlpool) are on the website but no longer available. TV remote didn't work as expected, lamp on-off switches were temperamental. Bathroom sink drain was nearly plugged (very slow to drain). Cracked tiles, peeling wallpaper, but no serious issues, and very comfortable.

Staff were great. Location was great. Amenities were nice or adequate.
