We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaOnly 2 things and obviously me rating this location a 10 is not a deal breaker. 1. we had to go the local hardware store to get WD40 for the all the doors in the stairwell beside beside us as it was SO bad, including our room door. 2. We were playing cards by the pool and was asked to move quite abruptly as an incoming wedding was due. Totally fair but I would have handled it differently, I would have had a sign up ahead of time notifying guests this area will be off limits for some set amount of time and maybe a softer approach when approaching the table of other guests. Although, I do understand it is a stressful moment for staff.
We were greeted by a recent transplant from Alberta at the front desk and what a wonderful way to start with such a lovely young lady! Loved an adult hot tub option and the pool was warm. Beyond clean room, super clean and everything you need. The location is unbeatable, we did the KTV in a couple directions so it was great having a bike storage area in the garage.

CanadaSome of the staff members are clueless and unprofessional with some attitude. Wifi is non- existent (at least on the south side 4th floor) and they did nothing to fix it when I mentioned to front desk. Had to use hotspot to work. If you don't need to work remotely while on vacation, it's no issue though. I would have appreciated if someone told me where my room was at check in as the resort is rather large. But I figured it all out by day 2, no major issues.
My room was spotless clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The spacious balcony with great views was such a plus. The facicilities are all new, nice and clean. The hotel is right on the beach in beautiful surroundings. Restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all on the same block, so can't beat the location. Some of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and polite, friendly people. This place is pet friendly through and through. My all in all experience was great and I would return to Watermark Beach Resort.
