We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThey upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi and other nice things free of charge so it is hard to complain about us not being able to get the jacuzzi to work.
The price we paid was only slightly more than our cheap motels but was waaayy better. The cleaning staff was so happy and welcoming. There was a mistake with the online booking. They solved this by upgrading us fexpectations. Concierge was so nice and helpful.

CanadaThe staff coming in were friendly but the morning staff was confuding and stand offish. We left a few minutes after check out as we wanted to triple check we had gotten everything. We got a call my partner asked if he would like us to leave key or come down he said either one was great. An hour later I get a call asking if I left and that he was expecting us downstairs as if we had done something wrong then hung up. Price reflects the rooms. Besides this encounter it was a nice stay.
The entrance was very fancy. I could see it as a wedding facility. Our room was clean.

CanadaWe like the decor but thought the paint could use some touching up in places. The hotel needs a bit of freshening up. The lobby has an unusual mix of decor styles, part Victorian English, part sparkly wedding.
Comfortable room with balcony. Beds were comfortable too, and location is quiet but convenient to shopping, restaurants and highway to go up or down island.

CanadaAlthough there is a restaurant, they do not offer a breakfast option. There is a McDonalds and a Tim Hortons not far away but not everyone's cup of tea. The carpet in the room needs replacing. The underlay has lumps.
Location is perfect. There is a restaurant on the premises. Parking was easy. The room was very nice. I had a fireplace (not needed ), a fridge and a microwave.

This place is amazing. A gem in the middle of the city. When you step into the lobby iit’s like stepping into a grand hotel of the past. It is elegant. Very friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant with lixurious ambience . There is also a bar at the facility, which is well known as the whiskey bar in in the area. The rooms are big and comfortable and extremely clean and the price was very reasonable.

United StatesOur shower did not provide hot water! There was hot water in the sink but not the shower. Our room had a very uneven floor. It felt like they had laid carpet directly on a parquet floor with missing pieces or something. Very, very strange. No breakfast was offered which was inconvenient.
Location was convenient but hard to find in the dark as the sign on road was poorly lit. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked well and the parking was easy. It was close to a shopping center with the Longwood Brewpub which was a great place for dinner and a Thrifty store where we bought food for breakfast.
