Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaBreakfast closes too soon… no hot food past 9am is reasonable, but having cold/simple offerings (yogurt muffins, breads, etc) still ‘out’ would be appreciated. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice. (Every hotel is like this though)
Deluxe rooms excellent for family of 4. Tons of space in the room. Lots of room for parking with trailers.

CanadaChecking in the gentleman was not very nice. I arrived early and he said nope cant check in yet. I said I have just driven 4 hours and he then said ok ok let me check. It was almost like it was too much work fir him. I broke a suite I looks nothing like the pic on line. What a waste of money ... thr kitchenette was nothing!!! And the Fridge and microwave was in the corner of the room. Not at all like pic said . And the breakfast ...NOPE.. I UNDERSTABD COVID BUT COME ON MAKE AN EFFORT

CanadaA bit outdated. Lamps didn’t had a usb port as most of the hotel does, the pillows are flat. Definitely need 2 or 3 to be comfortable, you can also here people walking on the upper floor. But otherwise it was a good stay.
