Their was a strong odour in the hallway that was not pleasant. When we would walk from the elevator to our room. No where else in the hotel.

The room was excellent, very close to where we were going, walking distance to Firstontario Centre. Breakfast was great had everything we enjoy eating, (except chocolate milk). We did not need to worry about are car with the private parking. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet had egg omelet that tasted like it was made out of powdered eggs. The pool was very small and didn’t have a change room or washroom.

The shower floor in the bathrooms needs to add something non-slip. We are waiting for a refund of the warranty, they have not returned it yet

Parking was extra. Location wasn't the best. People smoking crack right around the corner infront of the Arby's, but the high security in the building made us feel safe while inside.

Staff was great. Very friendly. When they found out we have to leave at 6am, they offered to have breakfast bags ready for pick up. They had a muffin, orange and bagel with cream cheese. We really appreciated that.

The bed was not overly comfortable (for the price paid) The price was a little outrageous, I booked/paid it ONLY because the location was prime for my events there. (I found out a friend who had a same room as I had paid HALF of what I paid per night!!!) It's sad a hotel can charge ridiculous money because of events on in their city.

The breakfast was excellent. The Wed light supper was a great touch. The room itself was very clean and the kitchen was amazing The staff was helpful and friendly

There was a repetitive noise coming from above our room. Something mechanical on the roof?

Noise every minute cycling. Sounded like foghorn.

Everything was great except the repeated foghorn sound cycling every minute or so. That was so irritating. Room 702 was at end of hallway and some type of machinery or compressor kept cycling and was loud. Not great for surgery preparation when you needed a good night,s sleep. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. Food was great and pool good temp.

Location in central downtown with lot of homeless people activity around. Felt a bit scary walking in and out of the building in evenings. Otherwise the building itself is well secured. No housekeeping on the weekends which was not a huge concern for us. Noise Air Conditioner in one room. But again not a major concern for us.

Comfortable and spacious accomodation. Pleasant staff. Light dinner on weekedays is a plus.
