Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesPoor breakfast but it was typical American style breakfast. If you go to sightseeing, location was not good because far to metro station and tram stop. (Both need to take a bus)
Big spar market "Farm Boy" is located 5-min walk, Big shopping mall is located about 5-10 min by bus. Room was quite big, comfortable to stay. Hotel is located nearby YYZ airport. Coffee and Tea provided free full day.

Canada- more of a note than a dislike, and maybe I missed it, but I don't remember seeing a notice that there is no elevator at this location. Again, not an issue for us, but if you have a lot of luggage to move or are need an accessible room, the second floor can only be accessed by stairs!

CanadaWe would’ve hoped there would be an option to get some food or toast etc out of breakfast hours however that wasn’t an option.
It was absolutely gorgeous, the interior design was stunning, the bed was super comfortable, it was very clean and well designed. It was very spacious and the bathroom was just wow. We were also given a crib for our baby free of charge, there were vending machines and an ATM on site as well as very yummy and inclusive breakfast. The Filipino young lady at the reception (Supervisor) was extremely helpful, always going out of her way to make accommodations for us and the staff were very friendly.
