We would’ve hoped there would be an option to get some food or toast etc out of breakfast hours however that wasn’t an option.

It was absolutely gorgeous, the interior design was stunning, the bed was super comfortable, it was very clean and well designed. It was very spacious and the bathroom was just wow. We were also given a crib for our baby free of charge, there were vending machines and an ATM on site as well as very yummy and inclusive breakfast. The Filipino young lady at the reception (Supervisor) was extremely helpful, always going out of her way to make accommodations for us and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was very meh, that part felt like Super 8

From the outside it looks like just another aging suburban Super 8-type motel, but the interiors and rooms have been newly renoveated, and are very nicely designed and decorated - the room and bathroom fell like they could be in a chic boutique hotel downtown. Nice touches like the bathroom mirror having a central area that doesn't fog up when you take a hot shower

I have no dislikes.

This was a last minute booking as we had to transfer to this hotel from the Est Hotel in Etobicoke, this hotel was a drug stench refugee center, which was not reflect on the website pictures. We arrived at the Hotel Stay Inn 1 night early, the concierge was helpful and found us accommodation immediately.

The staff was approachable, the room was very clean, and the location was just perfect. We had already planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Keg at Sherway Gardens, which was only a 4 min drive away.

Pillows a bit soft but not an issue. A bit away from shops.

Great hotel, basic breakfast but enough. Beds comfortable, Bathroom great too. Bus stop outside the hotel for Kipling Station 15 mins, then train to Toronto.20 minutes approximately. 20 minutes walk to Mall.

There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Although it was available all day in the breakfast area. The hotel charges 200 dollar bond on arrival even when the room was paid in advance and when getting it back onto the credit card after checkout it may take up to 5 days to appear in the account. Unusual as other hotels charge 1dollar and hold your card details which is more reasonable.

The room was comfortable and had a huge TV, the breakfast was reasonable, buffet style with all you need but not fancy. Public transport is just across the road although it will take 45min into the City.

Vending machine only takes coins, no debit option. Water was sold out in there. Nice gentleman at the front desk gave us 2 bottles of water but we had to go purchase more at the store.

Breakfast was good but the layout of the dining area is a bit small and can be crowded at times. They did have additional seating outside which was nice!

The room was very clean and spacious, and felt very modern. We were in Toronto for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for the price and location. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice set up for getting ready in. Breakfast was included and parking was free.
