The rooms did not have a electric kettle and/or a coffee maker. This is a essential item to have in any hotel or residence, especially since the two bedroom suites have a kitchenette.

double size beds. ok for 1 person or 2 small kids. would be right for 2 adults to sleep. extra pillows would be nice. The lounges were locked and not for use for residence patrons. would have been great to have this area to hang in with the kids

we had the 2 bedroom room. good space for our 3 person group. bedrooms were a decent size with lots of closet space. came with a full size fridge and microwave and private bathroom

The artificial scent in the lobby was totally overwhelming. Place smelt like a cheap men’s cologne. It pervaded the whole building.( This is not okay for those with asthma or those who are scent sensitive).

Clear directions. Place was easily found and signage was very good. Booking desk was competent and clear. Payment was easy. Accessible. Wifi. Excellent free parking. Room was clean, simple and comfortable. Good shower, towels etc provided, toiletries too. Liked having use of a fridge and microwave. ( you will need your own cutlery, plates, cup. etc) Liked that there was outdoor seating. Ping pong! Quick drive to take out food. Excellent location for getting to the bridge.

The parking lot is quite far away from the entrance. But I am a handicapped person and park in front of the building.

The location is quite closed to my fishing area. No breakfast is provided like a few years ago.

The website didn't specify that there were no utensils or dishes in the suites. It wasn't until I called to asked whether there were cookstoves in a common area that I was informed I'd have to bring my own utensils and dishes. This should be something specifically noted on the website. I came prepared but only because I'd called ahead. Forewarned is forearmed (as it were)!

Convenient location and decent rates. Not any noisier than a regular hotel. Very family/group friendly as there were several multi generation families staying on site who took advantage of the picnic tables and bbqs and large green space for play. Liked having a fridge and microwave to make simple meals, and I appreciate that the college premises are put to good use during the summer months. The staff were all extremely helpful and personable.

I wasn’t aware it was a college dorm. It was very cold. As we were leaving there was a maintenance man shooting off fireworks in the parking lot at the geese. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my room. It felt like a prison.

It was more of an old setup. The beds are small. While there is a kitchen, there are no Utensils, pots, plates, etc. It is also a school hostel. There were lots of kids talking loudly

First thing that is a student rental property it cannot fit family with small kids because the stingy smell at the property and the beds are too small . Please don't refer this to a family with small kid

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have seen. They don’t clean their rooms, the bed sheets are not washed, the pillows smell so bad and the kitchen facilities haven’t been cleaned in years, grease and stains everywhere.

Nothing at all! Terrible place, so so so dirty, this place wasn’t cleaned in years. It is literally disgusting. Warning, Don’t book here!
