First thing that is a student rental property it cannot fit family with small kids because the stingy smell at the property and the beds are too small . Please don't refer this to a family with small kid

That facility is not good for a family it is good for someone looking for cheap accommodation

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have seen. They don’t clean their rooms, the bed sheets are not washed, the pillows smell so bad and the kitchen facilities haven’t been cleaned in years, grease and stains everywhere.

Nothing at all! Terrible place, so so so dirty, this place wasn’t cleaned in years. It is literally disgusting. Warning, Don’t book here!

Very friendly staff. Steven was awesome :) The facility was very clean. lots of parking. I believe it is in a ideal location no more then 15-20 minutes from grocery store, downtown, fast food ect.

1- location is 2 stars 2-raod works all around made our life Misérables, i have to turn around many times looking for exit ! 3-buiding maintenance works give us sleepless mornings 4- used to have breakfast facilities, not any more, you need to drive to nearest (10 minuets) coffeeshop for a snack or cup of coffee 5- room cleaning every 3 nights (amazing) 6- one reception worker compare it to Holiday inn when I asked about the high price and lack of facilities(no restaurant, no Gym, No swimming pool how dare they compare this humble hostel to 5 star hotel...etc) 7- its not what it used to be years back(quit, safe, food facilities and much suitable for families with children) 8- price is way way way high more than anybody can believe it considering all above.

1-All staff from reception desk to the reception manager are really helpful and cooperative

Considering that this is a student residence and so the facilities (like the bathroom shower) are basic, I thought the price was a little high.

Construction all over the place around the residence. Tv's didn't work because of this. No discount or refund to date. No satellite.

We were warned about not having USB ports available for charging but we were able to take our plug in charging blocks with us. We were advised to bring our own utensils but I assumed that was cutlery. There are no dishes, so bring your own. No stove, just microwave and fridge. The fridge door did not close completely so make sure you close it all the way by hand. Kitchen was a bit beat up but to be expected because after all, it is college a dorm room. Parking is a bit of a challenge because of all the construction going on, but it is free.

The beds were super comfortable. The bed linen was very clean and we observed that the comforters where being laundered which is not always the case at other hotels. We only ever use hotel rooms for someplace to sleep and this was more than adequate.

Place is alright but the room was very cold and the AC was unadjustable. Also there was construction all over the area which is a college campus so getting around was VERY difficult especially if you are unfamiliar with the place and the poor signage. There was lots of construction happening when I was there so I was woken up at 7 am to guys drilling walls outside my window. Not the greatest experience. Ask if they have construction before booking...

Didn't realize this would be a student dorm. Maybe the description can be more clear about this. Also it's not really a 2 bedroom apartment--there are 2 small bedrooms with full size beds and a basic desk and a small kitchen dining area but there is no living space, the kitchen does not have utensils or a stove, it's a basic dorm living.

AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY DO NOT HAVE MANAGERS ON SITE DURING WEEKENDS AND HAVE COLLEGE STUDENTS RUNNING THE FRONT DESK WHO CAN ONLY CHECK YOU IN! BEWARE, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THE DESK STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY! I was double charged for a booking I had made and wanted to cancel but did not cancel. But since the cancel request had come in (I did not cancel!) they decided to cancel my booking and charge me cancellation fees twice (once for asking to cancel and the second time I had asked booking.com to waive the fees). Once I reach the location I request since I was charged 2x, can they simply use one of the fees to pay for my stay and waive the duplicate charge. They could not assist me in any way since the manager was away and would not be available through the entire weekend during Memorial Day weekend! The desk agent assisting me is a college student wearing "Resident Assistant" shirt. His father was waiting to pick him up. He tried to help me for more than an hour and the rest of the agents at the desk were not willing to assist him or me the entire time. Hence he got tired and simply said I will pay for your room and I do not want you to be charged a third time and since the manager will not be here during the weekend (he did not know this when we first got there-got notified by the fellow staff 1 hr after he tried to assist me!). I go to the parking lot and his father follows me and my family and yells and threatens us for taking money from a college kid. That he would do bad things to us if he could and I should be ashamed at myself for taking money from him. I tried to explain my situation and he got more irate so we kept quiet and let him walk away. We felt unsafe and left the location and went to another city to spend the night. This is a very unprofessional location and I would advise anyone to stay away. They do not have professional staff and are easily overwhelmed.

The service agent Stephen tried to assist me for more than 1 hour. I am grateful to him. But his father yelled and threatened me and my family in parking lot. I do not feel safe coming to this location and visiting Canada anymore.
