Well, nothing really but there should be no-smoking notices on the balconies as cannabis is legal and available everywhere and it shouldn't be used on site

Liked pretty much everything. The apartment had a balcony and comfortable bedroom area. The kitchen had everything needed including basics like coffee and condiments and the bathroom was spacious with a really good shower. The location couldn't have been better - plenty of places to eat and drink and convenient for buses (Nos 5/6) for getting downtown. Short walk to Stanley park and English Bay beach

The bed was very flimsy, unstable (the support pegs under the bed were bent) and the mattress uncomfortable so we didn't get a proper night's rest. The hotel had a bit of a dingy (basement like) smell to it, the room itself didn't smell. The parking was not very clear and bit expensive. You can pretty much hear everything from the next room who also tried pairing their phone to our room TV several times.

The location is very good and close to many to the attractions and places we wanted to visit. The size of the room and having the kitchenette was very nice. The room was very clean and well set up and stocked. The convenient supermarket and pharmacy located in the adjacent mall were very helpful.

Initially I was a bit overwhelmed with the check in protocol but Andreus was so patient and helpful. I loved the keycode for premises and room entry and new concept alternative to hotel type. Our socket tripped but was late on and we were leaving early

The location was ideal for us and would be a good focal point for any tourist to the city as close to Stanley park, Granville Island and English Bay.

The Hallways are very confusing and winding. I encountered 2-3 People that got lost searching an exit. Some better signs might help.

Self-Check in was very easy. Great Location close to Stanley Park and tons of great Restaurants. Very nice and spacious room with a really well equipped Kitchen and a small dining Table. Really great Option for a multi-day Citytrip.

Hairdryer was weak - minor point.

Great location, very quiet and modern. Beautiful walks around the park and the beach. Nicer than staying downtown in my opinion. Lots of facilities in the room.

There was no reception. There was no staff on the premises. Access was via codes, apps and non human infrastructure. It was odd and disappointing that an accomodation facility did not see it important to provide its guests some form or personal service.

Location was good. Close to restaraunt, shops, public transport. Room was well appointed modern and clean.

The TV only had a few streaming channels. Not a dealbreaker, but we sometimes struggled to find something to watch.

Easy check in and access to the room through the application. The facilities are modern and clean. The apartment has everything you need - comfy bed, kitchen amenities, balcony, and spacious bathroom. There is a cupboard in the lobby where you can restock coffee, towels etc. We loved the coffee! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We made good use of the convenient grocery store next door!

Whilst the contactless check in was simple, it would be nice to have access to a concierge to ask questions to.

The location was central to everything in English Bay district. It was fabulous to have kitchen facilities to prepare meals.

Location was fantastic, a street away from the beach, restaurants and groceries. Be aware that if you want to visit downtown it is a bit of a walk (or bus)!

I still did't understand the sound where came from in the middle of night! I thought that came from a flight. But it wasn't. Anyway it was good except the sound in the middle night.

It was safe and good located and easy to approach to downtown and the place I wanna go. Super clean!
