The bedroom was disgustingly dirty! Only the middle of the floor was clean - around and under the bed, around the the floor lamps were full of fluff and dirt - clearly not vacuumed for months!

Trying to find receiption. Having to walk through Subway pavement to get to CN tower. A little intimidated as full of Muslims in receiption due to exhibit(sorry).Travelled on own. Main reception felt like entrance to car parking area at first as soooo open plan

Breakfast was lovely - when I finally found where to go. Location , very central for China town, Kensington market and Eaton Center Staff were lovely

Only issue was noise coming from outside plaza area events that lasted until late evening (facing north)

Central Toronto, walking distance from many venues, including Baseball Arena. Room & bed very comfortable. Hotel had many places to sit & gather. Great breakfast options

The restaurant in the lobby was pretty much a free for all. Very little organization. It was only when we asked a server that we found out what we had to do.

It was right next to Nathan Phillips Square. The front desk clerk was quite accommodating and put us in a room high up and looking directly on the Square. The room was comfortable and clean.

For this level of hotel which accommodates tourists we were surprised to find there was no concierge. We were trying to organise a hire car for mid week of our stay. there are multiple rental car agencies, but the local one had no cars, and is difficult to find, so use the internet and collect from Airport.

Excellent location, within walking distance of CN tower, Rogers Centre, and about 15 minutes from bay side to catch water taxi over the The islands. The swimming pool is lovely after a days sight seeing, with towels supplied. Excellent cleanliness of the room, and great black out curtains for a great nights sleep.

It had a weird sewer smell on the main level and you can get whiffs of it. The food was pretty pricy and so was the valet, I wasn’t offered self parking just the valet so i paid $65 for 3 days instead of $25 for self parking. Rather than that i thought everything was great.

I loved the location and the amenities. Having some patio couches near the water fall area would be a nice add. The staff were all very friendly.

Receiving staff at reception… and most of other people were nice. However bell boy kept holding us for tip…. We informed him that we don’t have cash at the moment but he was very rude. Luckily my 10 year old son had some pocket money with him so he let our vehicle move. Very unpleasant experience.

The restaurant has really good breakfast options.

The room was for 4 people, but just had 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee cups in the room.

Wonderful location, friendly staffs and nice views from my room. It’s very easily communicated with staffs on online if you join as un member of Marriott Bonvoy😄

Parking price is high considering it is in downtown, we parked across the street under city hall garrage with way lesser price

The lobby was a bit busy & crowded at times, with a few different pieces of music playing at once.

The location, the pool, the 43rd floor. My room was spacious, great view of the city. It was cleaned everyday. Very comfortable bed. I liked Mimi’s Place gift shop.
