There is no restaurant or cafe and nothing in the immediate vicinity. There was a coffeemaker in the room and no coffee or tea,

The owner were amazing ....we had vehicles breakdown they went out of their way to help us even bought us sandwich from Tim Horton..we can't thank them enough..God Bless them and family

The morning coffee area could have been a bit better organized, and perhaps offer some basic muffins and fruit instead of sugary oatmeal cookies. It has the feeling of a hotel last renovated decades ago, but has been kept reasonably well repaired.

They provided coffee and individual packs containing 2 oatmeal cookies in the morning. Coffee was fine, no “continental breakfast” had been promised so this was just something to start your day before going to eat elsewhere. It was rated a 3 star hotel and lived up to that expectation. The decor etc. is more than a little dated, but they provide clean, functional basic accommodations with a perfectly comfortable bed. Sheets and linens were fresh and clean. Climate control in room seemed to work as designed to keep the room comfortable, and the air conditioner was no more noisy than you’d expect of a hotel of this quality. Rates are fair for the quality of the property.

It was much too expensive for what it was. The room was plain. The jacuzzi tub was small. We could have stayed in a hotel with a pool and a hot tub down the street for the same price. The hotel was really only good for sleeping in. There was nothing there to do except for that.

I liked the location. It was quiet and outside of the main city. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly. I like that there was a little living room area and bedroom was separate.

It was a last minute booking and although out of town it served our need. Coffee and snacks available.

It would be nice if there was a "fast food" facility in the area. It is necessary to drive 10 km to Stratford for breakfast. TV is meets basic needs. A guide in the room would be helpful. There is more stations available than first realized.

There are limited food amenities. Tea and coffee can be made at a central area. A refrigerator is in the room. Parking is convenient and area very quiet at night. It would be nice to have an extra chair which was a little more comfortable. However the building seems clean and well maintained. The attentant at the reception very informative and helpful. Easy to understand.

Room was small, shower was not the greatest pressure, otherwise ok for the money. No breakfast included. Little outdated.

Location for us, bed was comfortable, pillows were terrible. Great wifi.

The facilities are tired and need upgrading for the price. The beds definitely need to be replaced. The mattresses are very low grade and I did not sleep well at all. The room had a funky smell to it.

There was no breakfast only cookies. I don't eat cookies for breakfast. There should have been a refund or price reduction as breakfast was advertised when the room was booked.

We were disappointed there was no breakfast, they said due to Covid. Yet, we still have to eat. I hope that changes in the future.

The location is very peaceful with nature sounds. It is only 15 minutes from Stratford. Vani and her husband were wonderful hosts. They provided coffee and cookies in the morning.

there was no breakfast. the only coffee provided was down the hall which most times had a thermos pump and at times all there was was instant. my side of the bed I had to sleep on my side otherwise there was lump

Cleaning of rooms was not great. Visible dust on arms of bedside lamps. Carpet around bed is well worn and not the cleanest. Towels and facecloths of poor quality.

Breakfast was adequate. Coffee and packaged cookies only. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Rooms are quite dated but bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast. Location was easy for attending Stratford play.
