Staff at the desk was great.

No breakfast was offered. Ordered a queen got a twin. Bed was terrible and the traffic noise was bad.

The room key didn't work but the staff was helpful and opened the room for us There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and only one cup was provided for coffee or water. Not sure if breakfast was available, didn't see anything but also didn't ask.

In the first room I was given, I couldn't get in the room as you had to curve the card a certain way to make it work. The clerk helped. It had dity sheets in a pile next to the bed, the room smelled stale and stuffy, and the bedspread had orange stains on it. The second room was in rough shape, stains on carpet, towels, and in the back the interior of the fridge in the back was orange and icky. Bed was comfy, and I just was passing through and needed an affordable place to sleep before heading out in the morning. The whole place could use a deep cleaning, coat of paint, and just overall refresh.

Arrived quite late, the front desk clerk was very nice. My original room was not clean so was given another that was better.

They kept changing the prices, when I would purchase a room online they would say I didn't pay for the room and would make me pay twice the price kept changing when it wasn't paid online like 87 to 100 to 120 to 79 to 140

Everything seemed clean but when I open the sheets of my bed there were some strings of hair, and the sheets had some holes in them.

It was really comfy and both beds were super soft.

The neighbourhood is a bit noisy with sirens during the night. Towels had stains and the fabric was somewhat of a poor quality. I also found that the cleaning was not appropriate. I saw hair on the floor and I can assure you the long hair was not mine. Cleaning could be better, specially with the towels and sheets. And they could have a fabric with a bit more quality. I wanted to report about the towels when I got the to the hotel later to sleep, but there was no one at the reception. I was tired so I decided to just go to my room. When I left I asked if I could provide feedback but it looks like I was not well understood at the reception and I couldn’t find an easy way to do that, so I just left.

Easy to find, easy to go in and out. Check in was quick.

We really did not have a good feeling about the place. The carpets were stained, the luggage rack was held together by duct tape, our tVs HDMI cable was missing, the towels were stained and the key card entry was difficult to operate leaving us in the hallway frustrated.

They charge you a $200 deposit, the room was dirty (blood on the door, blood on the curtains, crayon on the walls, lamp shades were ripped), key only worked half the time, check out was 11 and they tried to have us out at 10:30, my key already quit working at 9am for sure. Came back from a night out and there was what looked like wood chips in the toilet but they wouldn’t check the cameras to see if someone had gotten into our room. They don’t have breakfast like the website says. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was held up with scotch tape. The sprinkler was sprayed with someone blue so we don’t know if it even still works…

Price was alright.
