Great location, close to the highway. Even though we arrived later than anticipated, staff were very accommodating to us and left the key to the room in a lock box. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, we really liked the shower.

The mattresses could use some tending to, like flipping, and one needed replacing.

The location was easy to access, the rooms are neat little ones that met all our needs, the rates were great, the location had good privacy like we prefer, it was clean, and the staff were great. We were quite happy.

The room had a strong air freshener scent when we arrived - I would have preferred scent-free. The mattress seemed a bit old.

The location was convenient to our travel route. The room had a little fridge, microwave, and Keurig. In addition to supplying some k-cups, they also left some small packages of dairy creamer in the fridge. The shower was nice - looked like it had been recently renovated - it had a Rain Shower head as well as a handheld with a convenient way to switch between the two.

There was no hot water in the morning to shower. I ran the water for minutes on end early in the morning so that I could shower and ready myself for a memorial service. I had to do without a shower as check out was at 11 am.

Staff was friendly and as accommodating as they could be. I needed an iron to press a dress I was going to wear to a memorial service and staff had on to offer as well as an ironing board.

It really needs a facelift.

The Inn is conveniently located. The room is large and beds clean and comfortable. Someone has tried to make it a little different than the regular hotels. Reasonable price compared to others in Cornwall.

The mattress was uncomfortable & the air system would start every few minutes which was quite loud. I would have prefer the noise being on non stop than starting up constantly.

The surrounding area outside the hotel is somewhat deceiving. Unfortunately, some pipes were apparently leaking inside the walls in the shower area, making an ennoying noise which prevented us from sleeping very well.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and super clean. The bed very comfortable.

Lock is the "auto lockout" type, only one key. Easy to pinch fingers on the outside knob. . Shower temp lanbels seem reversed.

Hot water pipe was not connected to the tap in the sink. No place to hang clothes. TV said no signal. The room was well renovated but the building structures showed their age. Having said that they did not bother us much for a short night stay.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, toilet/bathroom was updated, the reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Appreciated real cream in the mini-fridge for coffee. The location was perfect. We had a good night sleep.

I have stayed in this facility before and the price is very good and the rooms are nice there as well. They have been doing lots of construction to improve and update their rooms. Location is good as well as you can easily to get all over the city from that location.

Water Pipes made clunking noise when other units had taps running - not oveely load, but noticable. Water took a long time to get hot, but was good once it did so. Spa bath was large, but, not large enough foor us- we are both 6'.

Room very clean, had been updated 10ish years ago (guessing). Used a lock box at room to accommodate late check in.

It was a little 'tired' and I understand they are in the process of renovating each room. I hope they also replace the beds. I slept in a bed that was a bit of a shallow basin, leaving my body to be achy.

The rooms were big and spacious. It was what we expected, not too fancy. There was a lack of outlets available for charging and only overhead lights other than one lamp where the cord was not long enough to reach the outlet without going over the bed. The person who checked us in made it very easy.
