Really I found my stay excellent and have no complaints at all. One bed side lamp was not working, but there was more than adequate alternate lighting available. From a sustainability point of view, which I care about, it would have been nice to see the same toiletries available in a multi-use format. I would have preferred not to have s keurig machine in the room as the pods are not an environmentally friendly option. We chose not to use them, and waited to enjoy the excellent coffee and tea in the breakfast area.

The room we stayed in was fresh and clean, tastefully decorated with crisp white linens on the bed. The beds were superbly comfortable - even better than mine at home! There was a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker in the room, making it easy to enjoy a light meal after our long trip and late evening arrival. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options in the onsite breakfast area. The small single use toiletries supplied were really gentle on my skin, which is quite sensitive. I loved the fresh, delicate scent of them. I loved the aircraft/air travel theme.

Facility is a little older but functional still. 20mins car ride into the city centre.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport. Breakfast provided. Soft drinks are available throughout the day.

I really buoyed the fact that the room was well furnished and very modern. The facilities were clean and the bathroom and shower were quite spacious. The breakfast was also good, ie. bagels, pancakes, eggs and sausages. Also, the location was quite close to the nearby mall and other stores and restaurants.

The bathroom fan isn't really a fan and doesn't make much noise, so there's no sound masking for the bathroom. But not a deal breaker for staying there again. 😅

Great location, just on the outskirts of Quebec City but with several shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, a number of choices each morning: waffles, eggs, sausages, bread, bagels, yogurt, fruit, it was great! Free coffee and juice all day from their machines, an extra perk!

1. The breakfast was repetitive (omelette and sausage) plus other continental items like coffee, juice, cereal, fruits, etc. if someone stays for more than 3 days this is unpleasant to eat same hot breakfast items every single day. The cleanness of the terrace and interior breakfast room is not the best. The kitchen stuff was not providing correct information. Tables are placed poorly, making it hard to move around. 2. The king bed was okay. But it felt like the mattress was old and the was a dent when you lay down. It felt so-so… 3. AC is very very loud. So at night if you need cold air, it is impossible to sleep with AC on because side machine is extremely loud. 4. Room wasn’t closing well. One time stuff didn’t close it properly and when I came, my room was opened. 5. There is no elevator.

The room was very clean. There was a plenty of free parking at the hotel premises. Mean fresh towels. The hotel was relatively quiet. Price was okay. Reception desk mostly friendly.

It does not have an elevator. There is no safe in the room. The air conditioning equipment was turned off, so check if it will be on during the period of your stay or you will have to keep the window open at all times. Bathroom renovated and clean, but with finishing flaws, very worn bathtub curtain and extremely dirty air extractor fan. Large flat screen TV, however, is not SMART. The parking area needs new horizontal signage.

Everything was excellent!!! Loved the coffee machine that had all different types of specialty coffees that were available 24/7 as well as a juice / water dispenser that too was available 24/7. Breakfast was excellent. Loved all the toppings available for the yogurt / oatmeal. And really liked you had Creton….its been years since I’ve had it. Beds were so comfortable. Best night sleep I’ve had on our whole vacation (4 different hotels)
