The request that I made for a bottom bunk when I booked wasn't honoured, even though I got an email saying that it would be. Dinner was essentially the same, or very similar both days I was there.

Accommodating me at the last minute with a discount because of their mistake about my request. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of choices.

The kitchen is good, but the catlery is very old, could be replaced. I'm my room the door doesn't work properly, I couldn't open the door a few times to go outside (housekeeping helped me). The smell in the room was not good. Was quite noisy at night.

The location is great, from the waterfront, only 20 min walk. Free breakfast, dinner, and one drink. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

No lift and I was on 3rd floor. Place was pretty old and showing its age. A bit expensive for what it was.

Well run friendly place. Breakfast and dinner was included and dinner was pretty good vegan, breakfast was somewhat eccentric. The location was close to downtown and the Harbour. Bar in common room made for conviviality.

The sheets were abit scratchy (albeit clean). The fan provided was small and weak, but luckily I was able to get an extra one from the staff. I wish earlier check in was offered without extra charge... at least for the private rooms where you pay more.

Location is great. Bathroom kept clean. Room is sufficient for one person and quiet throughout the night. Free food is nice and staff were great.

I would appreciated if the "small queen room" had a little more space around the bed.

Dinner : Not only helped us save money, it was very good ! Breakfast : I was a basic break option, but my daughter was very happy with the waffles. Room : We had a "small queen room" and it was very small, the bed occupied the space and very tight space.

Because the building is old the walls are very thin. I could hear every movement in the hallway outside, every time someone walked, opened a door, talked — definitely recommend ear plugs :) The bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was like a camping bed.

The location was great, very central and easy to walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Bed was very loud and creaky, and not very comfortable to sleep on. Also no elevator so if you have a large bag you need to carry it up flights of stairs.

There's nothing in the bathrooms to dry your hands when washing them after being to the bathroom. The shower head near the 14 rooms needs replacing.

It was a nice surprise to have breakfast and dinner included, and a free alcoholic beverage. The social atmosphere is great. Trivia on Thursday nights is super fun.

It’s noisy around the hostel, very busy roads so traffic noise all night. Although quiet time is between 23.00-8.00 it doesn’t really quiet down before 1 am in the hallways

Very clean- superb location. You can walk everywhere. Breakfast was really varied and nice. The dinner offering was a bonus. Staff very friendly.

My Single Room was a little Crampy… No Shampoo in Wash Room unless You bought from Reception… Towels were available for a Deposit only…
