I think it would be cool if you provided Indigenous information about the land in your motel room. It would be a welcome addition and an interesting read.

I liked how authentic my experience was. I walked from the station past the Falls and up the hill to the motel. It was long but only the first time around. I loved pulling up to the motel and grabbing the key from the married couple who own the joint. It smelled like smoke a bit, which would really bother some people. But it kind of fit the ambience, right down to the tables outside with patio chairs. I also saw a green grasshopper for the first time in years. I literally had to ask one of the owners if he put it there on purpose to remind me of my childhood. It was visceral. Deposit Cad 200.00 refund from Saturday (August 19, 2023) I didn’t received until now Monday August 21, 2023. I use my credit card and they confirm that the room is clean in any damage. I call several times and telling me I should wait until Friday. It’s normal?

The location of the property is hard to find online since there are lots of Niagara Inn names that pops when you search online.

It was outdoor in the parking lot, did not feel comfortable. Not available through WeGo or public transit but by car.

Don’t know if it’s possible to arrange some small desks inside room. Considering the size of the room it might not be applicable, but will be super if we can.

The price is reasonable, considering this is just a motel. Bathroom was very clean, as long as the bedroom. Staff is very nice.

It was weird that there were 5 bottom sheets on the bed.

I liked how clean my room was. I could tell the owners had been working to freshen up the property. I was also impressed that it was so quiet at night.

Great polite, friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. The rooms were nice, comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed and more. Will defiantly stay here again if I return to Nashville. Hopefully it will still be the same staff and owners that are here now. I'm assuming it was the owner or manager that came out from the back room and asked if I was doing well. That was very nice to see. The breakfast which was included, was wonderful. I honestly didn't expect all the variety, but was definitely very impressed with it :)

Staff and room was very run down

After checking in noticed a dirty stain on the sheets which brought to managers attention. She then proceeded to tell me it was our own fault and they clean very good she then argued about it being very rude.

No Tv you should have the prime video or the Netflix membership, No cable TV no news channel. Heaters did not have cover, walls in some rooms need painting. WiFi some times were not available and price on line was too much that it was kind of scam.

I clearly asked for non smoking room. The room I got was stinky with cigarettes' and it was a some stinky candle lit up to probably cover the stench. I had to keep the door opened for whole night

location is good , simple accommodation, fair for one night stay, the price was the most acceptable for the season and weekend. Motel needs renovation it is old, but was clean

After I checked out, I was disappointed to find that my full deposit amount of $200 was withheld by the hotel. This was due to a cleanliness issue with the blanket and cover sheet, as it appeared to have stains from a spilled drink. I proposed a solution to rectify the situation by offering to take the dirty items to the nearest laundromat and return them to the hotel in clean condition. However, the hotel staff refused my proposal and insisted on deducting the deposit amount, which I believe was unjust and unfair.

ITS ON CANADIAN SITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE BAD AND NOT HELPFUL. THEY ARE JUST INTERESTED ON TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEY TRICKED AND NICE IN BEGINNING LATER ON WHEN YOU NEED THEIR FAVOR AND THE MONEY HAS BEEN COLLECTED THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION
