This hotel was in an excellent location convenient to the falls and other attractions. The rooms are comfortable, clean and elegant. The daily breakfast is delicious! The absolute best part of this hotel is its staff . . . THE NICEST folks I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve been all over Canada! I want to thank Olivia, Stella and Carmella for being so courteous and friendly throughout my stay - - they helped to make this my best stay ever in Canada!!!

Our room could have used some minor repairs, but it is an old house after all! Our family stayed in another room that looked like it had recently been renovated and it was superb! It's a lovely old house and they're heading in the right direction with the updates. I understood there were some minor renovations ongoing, but it did not cause any disturbance during our stay, in fact, it was very quiet.

The breakfast being made to order for you is lovely. It's nice to stay somewhere different compared to all the large hotel chains available. Generally, it was good to be away from the chaos of the main tourist strip.

The location was good, but unfortunately, located between two bus stops meant I had to walk uphill to catch a ride.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfy. I had a beautifully decorated room with so much space to spread out. The balcony was lovely and the breakfast was really delicious.

We stayed on the ground floor so didn't have any view. Also, one minor thing missing is a mirror in the bedroom.

There are some hotels that just add so much to the travel experience - this is one of those, and completely unexpected. There's a really great vibe and colonial decor (while still being modern and very clean), making it look super interesting. It's the little things that really stood out for us: amazing breakfast with homemade pastries (as good as in France), a beautiful dining room, soft thick towels making it feel luxurious, great quality shower with waterfall head, nice quality bedding. The location was great too - 15min walk to White Water hike attraction and 15min walk to the boat/zipline attraction. 30min to the main welcome centre with the closest views of Niagara. We loved every aspect of the stay and will be recommending this place to all of our friends.

We arrived at the hotel tired after 20 hours of traveling from Europe, but we quickly forgot about it at this hotel. We were welcomed at the hotel by a very kind and helpful receptionist, Olivia, who immediately took care of us and showed us a very nice and comfortable room with a balcony. The hotel itself is very nice, in addition there is a nice view across the valley to the other side of Niagara to the USA, you can walk to the falls from the hotel. Even the next day, Olivia was very friendly to us and kept offering us something to take. And what about the breakfast which was amazing. I would recommend this wonderful hotel if you want to stay close to Niagara Falls and prefer smaller, stylish hotels.

My wife and I stayed at the Grandview to celebrate our 50th Anniversary! We were welcomed with open arms by Stella whose positive attitude and helpfulness made our stay so enjoyable. Stella always greeted us with a smile, abundance of energy, and recommended some wonderful places to have dinners. Our breakfasts were very good and the pastries were such an added bonus!

Out of the city (we loved it) 1km. Nice walk in the evening. And out of the hassle (better, in fact not less to like).

Looked little outdated at first but this is absolutely not true!!! Clean, freshly painted rooms and way way better then the worn down “centre” hotels. Staff was super nice, breakfast again surprisingly good (not overdone but quality was good, water on the way for the day). Surprisingly surprising. We loved our two days stay here. Loved the beds!
