Room was a little tight on living space with only one chair available relying on a window bench seat for additional seating making it not as comfortable for travelling with family. More provision for luggage/clothing and personal items should be considered.

Good location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Clean and semi comfortable with a very good self serve hot breakfast included. Excellent value and price point for the budget minded. Would recommend and stay again.

Breakfast was tasty with lots of variety. 24 hr coffee bar was a fantastic perk! Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to get downtown both via transit and by car without issue.

Could not turn the air off in the room completely. They said even if thermostat was set to off that the air was on to circulate. Became use to it. I was there for 3 nights.

Had a room with a full kitchen with dishes cutlery and pans. Very clean and modern room. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, etc. very good. Pool and hot tub was bright and clean. Just off the 417 and across from Tangier Outlets.

Service and intolerance of lady taking away the breakfast because I was later than 9am ( I arrived about 9:20am), and she was incapable of legibility…

Great location, was the 2nd nite here, was having work done on my home. The staff were very good and friendly at check in. One issue though, on the 30th, when checking out, I was later for breakfast ( arrived after 9am) and the lady was just clearing away the breads, etc. she refused to leave a few slices and simply reminded me that it was after 9am. Luckily I remembered a very nice man @ front desk( probably a manager), and asked him if he could get me a boiled egg and yogurt, which were locked. He did immediately, without reprimand or questions. So he saved the day! Maybe others could learn to be more flexible. Other than that , nice hotel. Thanks!

The only negative I had was the crusty female worker that was cleaning up the breakfast area May 19/24. I knew we had missed breakfast and that the orange juice was in a fountain style dispenser. I just went to get a glass of orange juice and she said breakfast was over. It was just a glass of orange juice, and I had low blood sugar. Come to find out there was no orange juice in the dispenser anyway. I felt unjustly berated and irritated by this workers behaviour as everyone else was so pleasing and made me feel comfortable. Thankfully Mulenga had made it into her front desk duties and witnessed my unhappiness and immediately came to rectify the situation. Apparently they had a few juice boxes and she was quick to offer one of those instead. The way that one worker encountered me was not the norm that I experienced at the hotel and her attitude made my demeanor go from a happy 10 to an irritated 4. Thankfully Mulenga saved the day and I left the hotel chipper and anxious to return.

Being greeted by a kind and courteous employee by the name of Mulenga was a great start to our weekend and set the tone for the rest of our entire stay. (Mulenga is the epitome of customer service, don't ever let her go!) We started off the weekend with a dip in the pool, a staff member by the name of Bob helped us get the bubbles going in the hot tub. The other guests that we encountered were really nice (Zena, Neil & children) and we enjoyed getting to know them. The rooms were spacious and very clean with cozy bedding and lots of towels and necessities in the room, including an air conditioner that blasted out cold air. The night desk clerk Salom was very nice as well when we came back from our evening out. A self-serve breakfast was included although we woke up late and missed out. I did try and get a glass of orange juice but one of the workers said they were out at the fountain. While downstairs the next morning we ran into Mulenga again who realized I was really looking forward to some orange juice, although they were out, she took the time and effort and remembered they had some juice boxes so she managed to get me one of those and it made my morning. The accommodations were very comfortable with many amenities and the customer service was outstanding!
