We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI realize the Inn is old,but the AC unit didn’t keep the room very cool. Some of the bathroom tiles were broken and some were loose. Lots of mold in the shower.
The location. The breakfasts very phenomenal. The staff there very all awesome.

CanadaLiked to have a decaf pod for coffee. Asked at office. Didn"t receive. Too much furniture in sm. room. Update decor. Victorian is lovely but really old. Must be difficult to clean. There was some webs hanging from ceiling. Nothing was real serious. Unlike Anne Shirley Motel.( Never again)

CanadaA rustic stay but the bathroom can use some repair and upgrades. The room is quiet and clean. Beds were quite soft but overall a comfortable stay. Steps away from LM Montgomery burial site and the famous Green Gables. Also very close to the beautiful national parks.

CanadaBathroom sink wouldn't drain and one of the bedside table lamps was broken and someone just set it there knowing it was broken. Hallway needs q light. Couldn't see to unlock the door at night.

The room was clean and had a bar fridge. Keurig in the lobby with coffee pods. Front porch to sit out on. Hot breakfast was served in another building restaurant, was excellent! Good location for biking around.

CanadaBreakfast was not included as advertised both on your site and the hotel site. We only picked this Inn for that reason because everything is closed as of Sept 15. We were very disappointed and would not return again because of this, think we should have been reimbursed for the amount of two breakfasts.

CanadaTold no breakfast after making a non-refundable reservation. All the food facilities were closed. Finding burnt out lightbulbs in room (making the small room much darker) finding melted chocolate or jam on the bedspread after the room was supposedly cleaned with new linens. Having the staff try to charge me a $3.75 service charge because she had to look for my reservation online. I had to argue to not be charged.
Location was close to Anne of Green Gables venues.

CanadaThe outlet the air conditioner plugged into wasn't working. I had to call 3 times about it. They sent a kid the first time then a woman who ran it on a power bar, which you're not supposed to do. The included breakfast: my ham and hashbrowns were way overcooked, my eggs were completely cold and they buttered my toast when asked not to. This was our second time staying here. The first time was great but the second time, there were definitely some issues.
