Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe code for the hot tub did not work, the manager was called and was very responsive and helpful. The hot tub usage was a bit cumbersome but we made it work.
Location was very good, the hot tub was excellent but a bit confusing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and the room was plenty big. The building was also very quiet.

The apartment was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well fitted out, with quality appliances and crockery and cutlery. The bbq outside was a great benefit and we enjoyed using it. The vending machine and games provided were fun and appreciated. The location was away from the bustle but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants - Spring Creek is a gem. We asked for an early checkin and this was accommodated with no issue. An absolute treat!

IrelandWe loved the luxurious apartment which was exactly as described. The views of the Three Sisters mountains from the living room and bedrooms were amazing. The complex was quiet and only a few minutes walk from the center of Canmore. The apartment was very well equipped with top quality appliances and comfortable furnishings. Our two bed apartment was ideal for our family of four. Parking was available in a secure underground car park. Wifi service was very good and there was plenty of tourist information and maps available in the apartment. Our hosts were available to answer any questions by email and even gave us their Parks pass which was a lovely gesture. Canmore is an ideal base for visiting Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper National Park and the Icefields.

we love how clean and spacious the unit is. the neighborhood is pretty and well-kept. The check-in process was seamless and the underground parking was clean and an easy walk to the unit. great communication from the owner. I only wish Canmore is closer to Banff National Park. it was a bit drive to the scenic spots everyday. this is a perfect choice if you plan to enjoy Canmore vicinity. we enjoyed our vacation very much and will be back. I would choose this unit again coming back to Canmore.

CanadaThe only glitch we ran into was our key code didn't work on the suite when we first arrived, but Kevin was on it and rectified it immediately.
We booked this condo, because it was conveniently located walking distance from downtown. And it backed right onto the creek! We were also pleased to find it was beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved having a key code to access all areas of the building, including our suite. And, we made great use of the hot tub and billards room on the premises. Kevin, our host, was readily available for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
