We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We drove 10hrs to pick up our daughter from college. We ended up arriving 3-4hrs before check in I called and asked if we could check in earlier then 2pm Ernie said yes. Very accommodating!! Very clean and bright motel. Staff were all friendly. Great walk down to the water front. Breakfast you had a good variety! I will definitely be returning 😊 Thank You!!!

Very clean budget motel in Temiskaming Shores area. I have already left a review about this place from myblast stay at this hotel. This was now my second stay, and it was as enjoyable as the first time. Rooms are fairly modest (which I like) but spacious. There's fridge, microwave, hair dryer, TV with free Rokoo access, and numerous cable channels. Rooms have individual heat/cold air controlled by the guest (not centrally). Continental breakfast included in the rate. The staff are just AMAZING: friendly and helpful, genuinely caring about the guest. Multiple restaurants and other shops are nearby. The Chinese food restaurant (excellent food, BTW) is JUST across the inn. There's a "food shop" called R.U.Hungries Food Shop and Pizzeria, which is actually a sweet little bistro with SUPERB food, including pizzas, salads, wraps,... as well as take out food, all homemade. Both these places have courteous, friendly nice staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This was such a lovely hotel. The staff were so welcoming! The room was spotless. We loved the Roku option for the television and the huge DVD library. We were so pleased and appreciative of everything. We loved the Leisure Inn and will be back. Highly recommended! ☺️

Actually, I didn't have breakfast -which was included and is continental- as I needed as much sleep in AM as possible! The coffee was served to me even though I was late; and it was great! The owners, Derek and Christie, are very helpful, courteous and kind. The rooms are spacious, the WiFi fast, beddings, blankets,...very clean. The carpet is a bit worn out but still clean. There's a "kitchenet" with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker ...etc. The TV has Roku included, free of charge. To top it, there's a whole bunch of DVDs you can borrow from the front desk. Of note: while my booking had been done -with my full knowledge and consent- at $150 per night, the owner, noticing I was alone, reduced it to $100 per night. I was very impressed with the fairness, honesty, and integrity of this couple (the owners). It certainly gave me the feeling of "old time, small town" warm, genuine hospitality.

CanadaErnie was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. It was a first time staying in the area for my spouse and he was more than impressed. We stayed during a major snowstorm - the parking lot and area were cleaned up well before breakfast. Free movie rentals while you stay - many classics such as Slap Shot, National Lampoon Vacation, Home Alone.

CanadaThere is a free breakfast provided with cereal.and toast, and non-dairy milk was provided to me when I asked for it because like many people I prefer non-dairy for health or ethical or environmental reasons. All the varieties of cereal are great - plain cheerios would be nice. Non-dairy margarine would be nice.

Family Run Business, these people were so welcoming, they texted me personally to assure me that they received my booking and gave a great explanation as to how to use their late check-in lock box. I accidentally locked myself out of my room at 1AM and they were there in 10 minutes to rescue me with a smile and joke!
