Small cabin hardly for 3 people even though the cabins are sold for 4 adults. By chance, we were with our adult son who slept in the sofa bed.

The location + a real log cabin in the middle of the Rockies. Nice bathroom.

Can't think of a single thing we didn't like!

Aimee at the front desk was so helpful. The cabin was perfect and quaint. It was well appointed, clean, and the location was fantastic. Easily walkable to Lake Louise. The grounds were beautifully maintained and our cabin was spotless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an issue with the noise of what seemed like fans and whirring noises that were particularly pronounced at night in our bedroom. If you are sensitive to noise it might be better to opt for a bungalow or a ground floor suite.

The location is the best in Lake Louise. The staff were lovely and our suite was very spacious and comfortable with a very good range of utensils. You can purchase some food to cook from the lovely Reception area.

We had a travel cot in the room when we arrived, it would have been great if this could have been set up for us - it took a little while for me to work out :)

Accommodation had everything we needed, particularly enjoyed having the fire in the living room which was super cosy and the balcony to look out over the mountain. Everything was clean, great to have the kitchenette facilities too. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, they were extremely understanding on check out day - we had an issue with our hire car and they were really kind in letting us stay in the room for as long as we needed. This was hugely appreciated as we had our 5 month old baby with us. The price does seem high initially, however the location is fabulous for both Lake Louise & Lake Moraine.

Since we cannot walk to the Lake Moraine, we had to book Parks Canada's shuttle (almost impossible to book) or pay $35 or more for commercial shuttle service and drive to the pick up location which is far from the lodge (needed to drive). I wish there was a service that picks us up at the lodge to save time to drive to and from the shuttle stop. We paid a bit more thinking that it is easy to access to Lake Moraine....

Our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains. Everyone is friendly and professional - keeping the place nice and clean. Laundry room was well maintained. We walked to Lake Louise and had great hiking. Quiet location away from the busy village.

This area is very expensive.

Good location near lake Louise and they allowed day time parking. Also there was a pickup point for Ten Peaks travel to do both lakes. Lovely bathroom.

The 2 BR suite we had was great. It had a homely feel & everything was exceptionally clean ! The mountain view was gorgeous. The location is fantastic, about 20 mins walk to Lake Louise. Service was great too! Overall, a really enjoyable stay

The rooms are log cabins with a rustic effect! They could have been more upscale, but that would lead to a higher price. They were very good for what they are, nice, clean, log cabins!

There was no breakfast, but breakfast bars, instant oatmeal , and coffee was provided in the room.

The only downside is the lack of a restaurant or a cafe. Also we have booked because of the proximity to morraine lake, but for the bus we had to drive out to be taken in.

Beautiful accommodation in a tranquil setting. We loved the amazingly comfortable mattress! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, even though not local. They answered all our questions and recommended places to eat.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite (bottom floor), and the people staying above us were very, very noisy, and heavy footed. We could hear them walking back and forth (pacing), and they slammed their doors and were highly verbal. It was a rough night for my family. I would recommend that families subject to anxiety provoking sounds be placed upstairs where it is quieter. Thank you.

We adored the guest check in, the room was spotless, the grounds were story-book like, and we just loved being able to walk to Lake Louise! We could not have asked for more.

Beautiful setting. The apt we were in was obviously recently refurbished. Great bathroom and kitchen with stove and full size refrigerator. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location set in amongst the trees but only a 20 min walk to Lake Louise was perfect for our 2 night stay.
