We had stayed in the Kilmorey Lodge before but they had remodeled it since the last time we were there . The lodge is just exceptional now. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the restaurant had excellent wait staff and food. We were very happy with our stay.

Our room was on the ground floor by the street which was a little noisy and also did not make me feel safe. We had requested an upper floor but I guess we arrived too late in the day to receive one. Also, we received a handicap room so the shower was walk in. It leaked dangerously!

Loved the location, right on the lakeside. Comfortable and warm reception area. Bar area serving food was excellent. Staff very welcoming. Huge room with a slightly creaky bed. View from the room of the lake. Very comfortable and lovely hotel.

Understaffed and a lot of waiting especially as it was a late start for breakfast at 8 am. Due to staffing, we were not offered many coffee replacements.

Location great - lovely view, staff helpful and friendly. Food good when we got it. We were impressed that chef came out to help serve breakfast.

A member of staff in the restaurant was rude when I asked for the music to be turned down. It was 7 am and no one else eating breakfast. She really upset me. When I asked for our room to be cleaned mid-stay, it was done half heartedly. Not a proper clean.

Our room was immediately across from the elevator which was somewhat noisy. It would have been appreciated knowing this upon booking. Our bed was quite soft as well.

Lovely setting on the lake with a private patio. The space was clean and well equipped with a most welcome tea and cookies on the bed for our arrival. Helpful staff.

We were so happy to have chosen Kilmorey Lodge for our stay in Waterton. Everything was just perfect. Would definitely come back here if we'll visit Waterton in the future.

More options for food, maybe small cafeteria option on site would be great. Everything outside was closed by 7pm even though google showed open upto 8pm but possibly due to off season. We missed having some good coffee and enjoy the lake just like Banff.

Loved the fireplace, this place has a lot of character and loved the entire cozy look of it. Loved the back easy access to the lake it was beautiful. Also loved the orange pekoe tea in the room it was perfect!

The breakfast in the restaurant attached to the lodge was pricey even with the 10% coupon offered for only one morning of our stay.

The view from the room was wonderful which was possible from the big windows. Being surrounded by mountains was spectacular. Nice to have a restaurant and pub as part of the hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff to let you know about things to do and see in the area.

My room was close to the lobby so I could hear noises coming from that area at times.

I enjoyed the large spacious room and bathroom. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains was breathtaking.

Hard to think of something, what comes to my mind is that there is no soap, shampoo holder in the shower.

We had a room on the main floor with a door to the patio and out to the lakeshore, great to watch the sunrise and evening glow on the lake. Room was equipped with everything down to bathrobes. Had a great stay including a very tasty meal at the restaurant.

The only this was thinner walls but that is not unique to their property and I never really had any issue with it.

Everything was great. Really nice rooms, Nice finish, great view. The buffet style breakfast they had while we were there was the best breakfast I have ever had. It was all delicious. The chief and the team were fantastic, same with the servers as well!.
