Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaSome clientele were not very appealing to be near to, and made me feel uneasy as an older person . I also forgot my own pillow and did not sleep well with the oversized pillows on my bed .
It is clean and quiet and and located in an area of the city I am familiar with . Staff was very helpful and pleasant and successfully dealt with an unpleasant situation with another guest who was disabled .

CanadaThe food is so unnecessarily expensive! My wife and I had a Cheeseburger + Poutine each, which came down to over 53 dollars 😮 And they almost obligated themselves into being allowed to enter your room to clean it up. Even when my wife just cleaned the whole room, they still want to enter?
How quiet it is here. And it looks very cozy/welcoming.

CanadaThat the "deposit" was more than double the cost of the room.
Breakfast was not offered, but they did have a large restaurant. Virtually empty except for the managers getting their dinners. (There was one family seated for dinner, and that was it.) I only had a caesar salad, so can't rate the food. All the staff was really helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the bathroom had nice towels. The fridge didn't need defrosting and the furniture was in very good condition. (See my review of their hotel in Moose Jaw for the opposite.) A nice place to stay, close to the airport.

CanadaThe lock on my room door would not latch each time I left my room ,I'd have to open and close a dozen times and jiggle and bang the handle until it would finally lock.. the television did not have a channel menu..you could only surf channels one by one ,like old school..
I paid an Xtra $15 on my room so that I recieved a free breakfast..it was cold buffet( no warming trays) and was told I'd be charged $8.95 if I had seconds at the buffet...so the one plate of cold food was considered to be worth $8.95. And I paid $15.00. Meanwhile other guests who did not have a complimentary breakfast, ordered from the menu,still paying less than me,and recieved one plate of hot food that was the same items as mine..I've never heard of being allowed at the buffet for one passenger...the next day at the next hotel I stayed in I went up three times for hot food and better selection,just in spite.. I'll never pay extra for a free breakfast again...I feel very ripped off..
