extremely frustrating and hard to find. there was no elevator, which we wouldn’t have booked had we known. we have a geriatric dog who had a really tough time going up to the 4th floor via stairs. bringing all our stuff up was also a pain. we didn’t know it was party central in this building and every unit had at least 10 people in them with screaming and music going all night. it wasn’t the most relaxing getaway we thought we would have.

It wasn't clean, lots of dust on the floor Coffee maker was broken, no instant coffee It was so complicated to find the direction cause the reception was in one place and the parking was in the other place. Lots of doors with lots of codes ( so complicated) No elevator, so if you have lots of luggage it's difficult to carry them from parking to third floor.

I like the location, hot tub was really good. Suite was nice and lots of natural light

The location of reception services was very hard to find. Had to ask so many people and it took 45 min to find them. We were exhausted. All the codes in the building also complex and tedious to use

The place had lots of damage that was not reflected in the pictures, there was food crumbs on the chairs at the table, slashes of fluid on tables, walls, doors. Overall the place seemed very poorly kept which made it uncomfortable to stay in.

Friendly service checked in very quickly and accommodating. They were able to allow us to check in a few hours early which was extremely helpful.

There are so many issues with this property. Firstly it was very very dirty. Visible dirt everywhere. The dishes were chipped and there was not enough for a family of 4 let alone 6. There were only x3 towels, 1 face cloth and a few hand towels. Hardly enough to support the use of a hot tub let alone bathing. The final straw was seeing the evidence of a night of passion beside the hot tub. We did not stay.

I hated how we had to leave so soon. Everything else was amazing NOTHING to complain about at

Everything was amazing. It has everything you need for you and whomever you are with to be very comfortable and relaxed.. it had everything you have at home to cook clean up after your self extra pillows blankets huge tv. It even had Shaw cable unlike some places where there are only 15 channels. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook, it even had fresh tub of Timmy’s coffee ready to go. I would love to go back to this place I really recommend it to a couple or a family who needs to get away and relax for a few days. The hot tub is very nice and oh what a wonderful view while you are relaxing. Thank you very much for having us.

Everything!! from the wrong code given to us by the to enter the property. the entrance door that could be pushed in with any decent force! From one of the rooms being boarded up and a sign from the fire department saying its unsafe. Dirty and disgusting. a lemon wedge being inside the hot tub. I booked this place for the hot tub and got out right away from being in there for 5 min on the first night. No elevator. Beds that was basically sleeping on springs. My wife plugged in hair dryer, (no other appliances were being used) and the breaker went off and shut down everything! stains on the bed spread. carpet that led upstairs had multiple stains. Just Terrible!!!!!!

Didn't receive any instructions before arriving. When I eventually found the place, there was no lobby. I had to call several numbers to figure out what to do. Went eventually to an office to pick up the code. They didn't give the correct instructions for the parking. Took almost 45 min to eventually get in the unit. Unit is super hot, no windows, no AC hooked up. A lot of noise: at night drunk people yelling, noise from other units, in the morning, the trucks backing up to the loading docks just below the unit. Unit not super clean, many amenities not working, not enough cookware. No way you can sleep 6 people. Only 4. The hallway smells old bacon.

Can't say there's anything I didn't like about the property. It was being renovated and had some blemishes but nothing that hindered comfort. The only thing I think deserves mention is that you're not allowed to take skis/snowboards inside the building. There is also not a dedicated locker room for the rental unit. You have to leave your skis in a communal room in the basement. We ended up leaving our snowboards in our car overnight.

This property is a true gem. The location is perfect with easy access to everything and a grocery store as well as a liquor store on the ground floor. Parking is convenient and easy to access. It's only a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Biggest perk is the building is about 300m from the chairlifts and gondolas at the base of Whistler Mountain!
