Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaReceptionist who checked us in was super rude. Breakfast had a good selection but wasn’t something to rave about.
Pretty close to a lot of things location wise. Rooms are pretty big and the bed is comfortable. Hotel does make an effort to clean/ disinfect the rooms and common areas.

CanadaOur rooms weren't gotten cleaned or garbage bins to be emptied during our stay. I guess COVID was a factor in this experience, as priority was given to clean the rooms of departing guests than staying guests.

Our Experience is amazing.. The costumer service is the best I believe her name is Marrian she is Filipina (philippine) She work night shift (march 28)when we come late she is very polite and jolly even its late at night serve us happily..she is kind with our kids and so friendly..Food is the best too People in breakfast area is very helpful and nice.. and the place is so clean..we will come back again 100%

CanadaOld, run down carpets, stepped into a chewing gum inside the hallway, layout of the room is inconvenient, a little dated, breakfast was not great, they served cantaloupe despite the country being in a salmonella outbreak due to cantaloupes!

CanadaDo i have to write something as there is nothing to complain about. Oh the pillows were too soft but again I find the same issue almost every where.
The hotel was the best value for the price. This hotel was one of the lowest at the price but it was also the cleanest I have seen in Edmonton so far. Free parking. Good location. Proximity to route 2 was plus. Breakfast was decent but at least it was there. The lady at the checking counter was super sweet.

CanadaFor the price you pay, you could get much better. Crazy high pet fee $75. Amount of pet fee was not mentioned online when I was booking. It was shock when checked in and find out that. All discount was for nothing. Room does provide tea and coffee but there is no kettle in the room. To get boiling water, you need go to the end of the first floor hall. When I did, there were no hot water there. I needed to go back and wait for staff to refill it and go back to fill my cup. Pillows are small and not comfortable. I could not sleep well, waking up to arrange pillows. Sleeping couch has only one small pillow and there were no extra pillows in the room. Looking for charge my phone plug in, I needed to move the bed and saw so much dust and dirt behind the bed. My dog went crazy smelling maybe another dog on our bed cover, it is why I think, bed covers were no washed. Breakfast free but there is no enough seating for all guests. Prices are too high for the quality of room. Not pleasant stay for money paid. Very disappointing. We will never be back there.
