A very minor gripe that is nothing to do with the accommodation but more to do with the navigation of the complex. It's a great complex with lots of apartments on it which became easier to navigate around by the day but it was difficult to find our apartment quickly when we got there due to the numbering system on the complex, and the layout of it. We'd arrived at the bus station in Whistler in a very heavy rainy downpour, so we were quite wet and cold by the time we got into the house.

Communication from hosts prior to arrival was excellent. The property was as described and had everything we needed. It is very close to the village site and there are some fabulous walking trails very close by.

Loved the fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans, cups everything and the hot tub! Liked the code on the door to check in. we would definitely stay there again.

sleeping 6 not as comfortable as expected, sofa beds not very comfortable, the master bedroom with double bed, second room can sleep 3 (double bed + above it a single), but 6th person will be less happy

large with basically 2 real bedrooms + kitchen and living room, fully stocked kitchen, location right across from shopping center (3-4 minutes walk). pool and hot tub hour up to 10:00 PM. Parking very close to house (under ground).

Veeery tight parking spaces and awkward place for a garage opening when you need to drive into and stop in an opposite direction lane to unlock the door. It kind of worked but it would be curious situation to handle during more rush hours when many people need to come and go.

Kitchen, hot tub, swimming pool, check in/out,... pretty much everything accommodation related was great!

I wish there were more detailed instruction for the hot tub.

Location was fantastic! I traveled with 4 little chilren and my mom in her 70s. Kids loved the swimming pool and my mom enjoyed a nice hot tub. Rooms were clean and it had everything you need. It felt like as we were home. Mr. Trevor was very helpful, pleasant to talk to on the phone whenever I had questions.

Early morning, late evening and middle of the night noisy/intoxicated/vulgar/inconsiderate guests. Difficult to sleep. Hard to explain their behavior to children. No immediate or any action by property managers.

Location. Easy short walk to the Village, Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas. Well equipped kitchen. Multiple baths. No one above or below. Underground Parking.

There was a musty smell when we first went in.We had to open the door & the air-condition to ventilate & circulate the air inside the house.The living room was warm so we kept the bedroom doors open to let cool air out to circulate. The sofa pull out bed we didn't use because when we pulled it out there is no fitted sheet cover .It has a partial loose cover but it doesn't looked clean.So on our first night all 3 slept in the queen bed. The following night we just cover it with the blanket without pulling the bed out. Everything else were fine

Hot tub was great! We enjoyed it a lot . The lodge is a walking distance to whistler village.it is quiet place. It's was nice that it has a kitchen to cook for my family & friends .The townhouse is just perfect for the 5 of us.

I liked everything just a suggestion that there could be more loungers by the pool as we were 4 ladies and only 5 loungers and maybe more chairs.

We had a week off date change and Trevor was exceptional at accommodating us to fix it. He was friendly and hands on. I would book with him again . The place was a bit older but everything was clean and comfortable. We were in # 46 very close to the pool. If you had kids best place to be. I will book there again.
