The payment to have your dog stay in your room was extremely high. Much more than I’ve paid at any other meteor hotel.

Walls are thin, could hear TV from the room downstairs. Reception was not open when we checked out and we still haven't received our deposit back!

The bed was comfortable, wifi was good and the shower was hot.

I really like my coffee in the morning but there weren’t any filters. I tried to contact someone but to no avail. Had to leave to pick up coffee. I was impressed by the cleanness and attention to detail in the room. Good price.

Even though the Motel is on the highway, we have never noticed a problem with noice. Very convenient for us when travelling to Victoria. Rooms have been updated and are perfectly fine for a short stay. Beds very comfortable!!

It's just a little bit older but I appreciate the value of it. I would stay there again if I needed to. We need more places that have a good value like this.

Needed a place to rest and we all slept in past when we normally wake up. We awoke at 9:30 am when we normally wake up at 5 or 6 am. It was peaceful and we felt refreshed after we left.

Convenient location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms, smaller, but renovations are apparent. Great stopover when travelling to Victoria from upisland. Just off highway, but noise was not an issue

Very convenient for everything from Nanaimo to Victoria. We use it as a stop off for going to Victoria so that we arrive fresh and have the whole day. Property is older but is being renovated and is being taken care of. Front desk clerk was great!!

They charge a lot for what you get. For the price they charge you could stay somewhere else that offers breakfast.

This motel is right off the highway, easy for a quick stop. The rooms have been updated and the beds are comfortable.

I needed ground level due to mobility challenges and they accommodated this. I was able to bring my bike into the suite for security.

Very basic everything. No hooks or rails in bathroom to hang used towels or clothing. Two very thin bars of soap.

Location was great if going to Chemainus. We could park right in front of our door. It appeared to be clean.

- Rooms are old and weathered - Fridge wasn't all that cold - One bed sheet layer was yellowed from age - The smoke alarm low battery screech kept beeping all night

- Good value - Good location by the highway - Decent insulation from outside noises - Rooms were cleaned as best they can despite the aged furniture - I didn't see any bums around at night

Old school highway Motel. Building is old and tired but the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the room we had was small.

For something that cost north of 180CAD per night. this was not worth it. it is a decent motel, but the prices are not cool whatsoever. was expecting something way better for that. Anyway, it does fulfil the basic requirements.

Rooms have recently been updated. It was clean and comfy. The office staff were so nice and very efficient during checkin. They were cool with me keeping my bicycle in the room (I was there for a night of a bike tour).
