The WiFi was slow and could not be used with a computer. I had hoped the router could be reset but not sure that was done.

Beautiful setting, near the Confederation trail, and provided boats for the lake. Cottages were exceptionally clean.

First time booking a place when I arrived the owners seemed very upset with me, because I apparently had an extra person, although requested an extra bed and paid for it so that person could come. All information was filled out and spoke to owners before my arrival and nothing was mentioned until I got there. It made it very unpleasant when arriving. Never spoke or saw them again until I left and gave the key. I believe there was breakfast or something possibly offered where all the other guests went, but was never told about it.

Absolutely beautiful spot, great people next door. Loved not being bothered.

No fan in the kitchen/living room. Barbecue was not propane, which we were unaware of and there was no charcoal on site.

It was small, in the woods and quiet. The lake was beautiful! We had a great time. There was everything we needed inside, rooms were small but way too cute! It was comfortable and quaint.

BBQ used charcoal which we didn’t know, and so we came unprepared to use it.

Wonderful hosts, very well cared for property. Well-furnished, cottage met the needs for our family of six during our 3-day stay.

The only downside was the shower, it was very tiny.

Offers a wide arrange of activities, including fishing, boating, cycling, etc. The property sits on a beautiful lake. Cottages were very clean and cozy feeling. Owners were exceptionally friendly and professional. Would love to go back next year for an extended stay.

Lovely, well maintained property off the beaten track. If you are looking for a very quiet, relaxing spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this it! Close to the ferry and a nice home base to explore the eastern end of the Island. Cottages are very clean and bright. The hosts are very kind and accomodating in order to make your stay comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very beautiful,peaceful and cottage was very clean with lots a room to move around. Which is what we were looking for. We wouldn't think twice about coming back. Thank You Karl and Tanja!!!

The very bare necessities were in the kitchen. Salt and pepper only. If you plan to cook, you need cooking oil, all your condiments, etc. Sometimes these are included in cottages but not here. There are no tissues or paper towel, so bring those as well. Bring soap and toiletries for the bathroom, which is VERY small. The shower in particular is a tiny stand-up stall. Clean, but do not expect luxury. Bring extra fans for air circulation, especially if very hot/humid weather is in store. We found that everything felt damp - not sure if this was abnormal due to the extreme humidity, or the normal state of the cottage. A dehumidifyer would have helped a LOT!

It was a beautiful area of PEI and the cottage was situated near a lake. It was extremely quiet and we appreciated the screened-in porch where we could sit in the evenings. The hosts were friendly and the cottage was clean and inviting. It was roomy enough for two people and was as advertised. The main grounds were well-kept and everything was nice and tidy.

we didn’t appreciate that there were missing essential items from the kitchen. Also the bed was very noisy when you moved.

The cottage was much smaller than expected. We also only had an apartment size stove and a bbq that needed charcoal which was not advised ahead of time. We ended up only using the stove once and didn’t use the bbq. We ate out a lot.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting friends in Murray River. Breakfast service was very yummy!

The bathroom was very small and shower cramped. Toilet leaked a bit at the base, and there was a pervasive dampness in the cabin that made it very difficult for towels to dry. Turning on the baseboard heat didn't help. TV was in an awkward spot by the fridge across the kitchen/dining room from a couch. Beds were double beds which were a bit squeaky and hard. Blankets seemed old and scratchy but clean.

It was a lovely property with trails and its own lake. They had kayaks, a paddleboat and a rowboat.
