The hotel is located quite close to central Canmore, which is much quieter than Banff and has good restaurant options. The room is large, well appointed and comfortable. The reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The undercover parking was a bonus with lift access direct to your floor.

The room we stayed in was spacious, with a full kitchen facility. We enjoyed our stay in Falcon, it is located a short distance away from the town. Beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful.

There was an adjoining door in our room which was paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbours were doing and saying.

Great facilities and the location was amazing to get to nearby towns and trailheads. The staff were also great, Elliott and Jason were super helpful and friendly.

Interior of the building seems a bit dated, didn’t seem to fit with the rooms and the building exterior.

Perfectly located in Canmore for Banff and other activities. Restaurants and city center is in walkable distance. Enough space for parking cars. I liked the room, which was clean and came with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the Mountain View and BBQ on the balcony.

The room was a really good size and very well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry facilities and lots of free parking. It's a 15 minute walk into Downtown Canmore along a beautiful river boardwalk.

Two of the other staff members were quite rude to us and didn’t really seem like they wanted to be there. The hot tub could have been open a bit later.. but it’s not a massive thing!

Perfect view, we had a lovely little apartment. Stuff was topped up most days when we needed it, everything was very clean and tidy. Elliot (member of staff) was absolutely fantastic! Made our holiday so much better with great advice and just being really friendly and helpful. He’s a great asset to your team and a wonderful bloke. Another lady who moved from the UK was really lovely too.

We came here for our Honeymoon trip and got a complementary gifts from the hotel which was very nice and made our day as it was our last day in Canmore! The room is spacious, clean and very cozy with a fireplace. Also, the mountain view from our balcony was just perfect. This gonna be our favorite hotel in Canmore!

The tv in the bedroom was very dark.

The scenery from our windows/balcony was exceptional. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need for meal preparation. The bed was comfortable. The shower heads were awesome. The room was spotless.

Good place, nice location and great staff. We enjoyed our stay at Falcon Creat. Canmore offers so much and we were just lucky to come back to our room to stay relaxed. The one bedroom suite is spacious and kitchen is actually functional. The bathroom is roomy and accommodating. The in suite laundry was a good surprise and we loved it.

Great position with a lovely walk along the creek into Canmore. We went to Rocky Mountain Bagel Co for breakfast/coffee each day before going out hiking. Really warm and helpful reception on arrival.

It was a bit hot in the room. We had the temp set to 16℃ but it was still hot. Good thing there was a fan in the closet. Still, it was hard to sleep through the night.

Suite was very spacious, bed was comfortable and the shower was super relaxing. Didn't get to try the soaker tub but it looked huge.
