Gold level experience was wonderful. Mr. Raunaq Bachhal, Fairmont Gold Supervisor, found time to make sure our stay was perfect. Appreciate all the time he spent showing us all the amenities available on the 9th floor.

Wish parking was included, had to pay an additional. $50 for one night. Also wish the bathroom was larger, it was so tight in there, toilet right at the door and sink had no space to put your items on

The check-in process took much longer than expected. We requested to check-in a couple of hours early weeks ahead of time, which I realize isn't guaranteed but we actually didn't get a room until an hour and a half AFTER check-in time, around 4:30 pm. We finally got to our room and then never got our bags! My husband had to go downstairs and retrieve them as we needed to freshen up after our train ride before headed out to explore. Room needed a little freshening up, the carpeting needed to be stretched as it was a little wrinkled in a few spots. The pedicure area in the spa was not appealing at all, it looked like just a cheap pedicure place. There was a giant big screen TV right in front of you that was on, no nice spa music, no soft lighting. The rest of the spa was very nice and what you would expect at a more upscale spa.

Location was wonderful. Loved the style of the hotel and restaurant, modern but classic.

Breakfast buffet huge disappointment. Limited choice, especially cereals. Also poorly serviced, things not kept available. Ended up going to Hyatt for breakfast. Basin in bathroom wouldn't retain water as plug mech didn't work. AC system difficult to manage and regulate stable temp. Noisy fan vents.

Location, large room and view. BED comfortable and general ambience.

Pool and fitness center were excellent. Elegant restaurant in hotel but we didn’t eat there. Many high end stores. Room 1000 was not renovated (bath) and was given to us by mistake. They excused themselves and upgraded our reservation. The other room was very nice with a good view on 12 th floor.

Location, Location, Location. We took an Alaska cruise that started from Canada Place. Very convenient to onboard and off board. My daughters loved the two dogs at concierge desk so we stayed after the cruise.

Parking wasn't included. It would have been better to just take a bus and not even have a car. There is so much public transportation in Vancouver.

The Fairmont gold service is the best service you'll ever get. All the food and snacks you could want during the day. And the rooms are very clean and modern.

Not much to say here.

Great Room size and very nice and comfortable beds. We had an amazing view of the gallery and Apple Store square. The staff are amazing and went out of their way to make the stay nice.
