Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a suite in Niagara Falls, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The suite itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the start. The decor was modern and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the beautiful sights of Niagara Falls. The amenities provided in the suite were also excellent, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my stay. What truly stood out to me, however, was the hospitality of the staff. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this experience apart. In addition to the wonderful accommodations and service, the location of the suite was perfect for exploring Niagara Falls. With stunning views just a short distance away, I was able to easily access all of the attractions and activities that the area has to offer. Overall, my stay at the suite in Niagara Falls was nothing short of perfect. The combination of a clean, comfortable suite and exceptional hospitality made for an unforgettable experience.
