Lack of communication with check-in. My problems were handled by hotel staff. The check in staff assumed I wanted a handicap room. There was no discussion with me when changing me from my booked King room to a Queen handicap room.

We had the wrong room category at first but were able to change after two days and the room was MUCH better. Rooms on the top floor have a wall right in front of the windows. Breakfast menu was alright, but limited. Extra charges at breakfast really surprised us.

Great staff, nice rooms and best location. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Would book this hotel again anytime, however without breakfast.

It was total class! The staff from the sharp, perfectly dressed, friendly bellmen, to the main desk/checkin personnel, to the waiters in the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate us!! Very impressive!! Thank you all!

The elevator buttons were awkward. We got trapped inside an elevator that didn't go down for about 5 minutes.

My booking included free breakfast. The food was delicious. It's really close to the cruise terminal... about 0.5 miles down the street. I would stay here again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We were here for a very special occasion and Gabriel went above and beyond to make our stay 10000x better. I am so grateful. All the boys on the first level were so genuine and kind to us and our dog. I won’t stay anywhere else in Vancouver now!

We were notified just prior to our trip there was a planned overnight Power outage at the hotel from 10pm to 6am. This affected toilet flush as well. The hotel did offer 20% reimbursement for our inconvenience and a free breakfast. 1 hour after the planned power outage, the fire alarms went off with loud beeping for quite a long time. At around midnight we were told it was investigated and there was no issue. Now I’m wide awake and don’t find sleep for quite some time. The next day we were told they could not serve breakfast in their Hotel due to the electrical outage, but that there was a hotel around the corner that they owned and would accommodate us. We walked to the other hotel had a very nice breakfast and returned. This whole thing was an inconvenience.

Unfortunately there was a planned power outage on the first night of our stay. Which wasn't great, and ended up causing a few unforeseen hiccups for both the hotel and guests.

We loved the location it was so close to the downtown area, SkyTrain, ferry and cruise terminals. The hotel is really clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
