Amazing place, we are staying here second time. The most valuable were breakfas. Staff are extremely polite. Close do downtown. It took me just 30 mins to walk there.

The rooms are very spacious but also very outdated. Some refurbishments will make a true gem out of this place.

It’s a beautiful building with a very pretty garden area. The location is in a very nice part of Kingston with pretty houses and close to the lake front which was super nice for walks. Bed was wonderful.

Beautiful property, stylish, heritage look, very nice garden, spacious and clean room with a large window view. Quiet surroundings outdoors. Excellent staff service at breakfast, long breakfast hours and sufficient breakfast choices.

I couldn't find a water bottle in my room. The breakfast items could not find around 9 am such as juices or ham. Te bread does not have a good quality, especially the crosons.

First of all, it has a good vibe and feelings. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and generally helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth.

I could not think of anything to improve on. Perhaps a sign to point out where the check-in desk was as it's not immediately obvious.

Great location and fantastic value for a small hotel with 40 rooms. I was attending a conference at St. Lawrence College so it was convenient as it was only 2 km away. The breakfast that was included was wonderfully delicious and felt like the highlight of my visit! The second morning I really enjoyed the French toast and the hot bar changed it up from the day before. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the reusable soaps/shampoos was a great touch. The water was nice and hot; my only complaint was that the shower pressure could have been slightly better. I wish I had used the garden patio if I had stayed longer.

The bathrooms are...less great! Any way that showers can't be subbed in for those tiny tubs? Maybe make it a booking option? That's the only thing: the tubs are tiny (and I don't bathe; are they even big enough for that?) Showers. More walk in showers.

The breakfasts are delicious and the dining room is always welcoming, and clean, and beautifully lit.

The Coachhouse pub was closed. It would have a been nice to have it opened for a drink.
