We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaHeater quit working when we got back to our room late. Then around 3am the toilet started to self flush on its own about every 5 mins. I do prefer rooms that are carpeted also.

CanadaThe layout of the room was awkward, and may have been better suited as a single king bed room versus a two queen. The flooring was significantly slanted that made walking in certain areas almost disorienting which was odd. Likely due to improper vinyl installation as the carpeted common areas were ok. The biggest inconvenience was the outdated, slightly rusted sink; which was positioned outside the bathroom, very close to one of the beds, and lacked any counter space. No alternative counter space/mirror anywhere else in the room either.
The location is incredibly convenient, being right in Penticton but still close to the highway in case you're travelling out towards Kelowna. While mostly everything is walking distance in Penticton, the hotel is a bit tucked away which makes it great for privacy, but a little awkward for walking. Rooms were clean, private and very quiet. Some furniture/facilities were a little dated, but otherwise clean and well maintained with new looking floors, beds and a slightly updated bathroom. Lots of parking available as well. Did not get the chance to use the pool/jacuzzi facilities, though the outdoor pool looked great and we would have loved to, had we stayed during a warmer season.

CanadaPutting the microwave on the counter beside sink leaves no room for cosmetic/shaving bags. One side of the room looks updated and the other side still has the old, oak furniture. No comfortable chair in room so you need to sit on the bed. Breakfast could have warm eggs, scrambled or boiled and more choice in fresh fruit. Bananas would be nice. Upgrade plastic chairs to more comfortable ones.
Bed was comfortable and liked the light behind the headboard. Courtyard area is lovely and worth paying a bit more. Liked being able to have breakfast there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice to have Dove shower/shampoo products in room. Great lighting.

CanadaWe heard every footstep of the people in the room above us, and people in the halls. Soundproofing is minimal. The hot tub jets didn't work, and half of the tv channels were sound only. They also said the outdoor pool was heated, but it sure didn't feel like it.
The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the free breakfast was good.
