If I’ve got to be picky then it took us a little while to find the parking permit as it wasn’t in an obvious place or where stated.

Clean, well stocked kitchen. It was nicely located near a little supermarket and a few restaurants. The underground parking was useful and our rental car felt secure. The apartment was compact but had everything we needed and being able to log onto our Netflix in the evening was a bonus.

The bathroom is inside the bedroom, feels inconvenient going to bathroom at night while other people are sleeping in the bedroom.

The tv was impossible to use. It was stuck on one channel and i couldn’t change it. I repeated the instructions many times without success. Frustrating.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. It would be ideal for a long holiday. The kitchen is great. The pool and community areas are attractive. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is spotless clean.

The kitchen is tired. The oven needs a good clean as it was smoking on preheat. So we turned it off and used the microwave.

I liked it all but there was one neighbour there that was nosy and didn’t like people who didn’t “belong there”. I felt like he was monitoring the pool area for people who didn’t reside in the units. I don’t think that was nice and didn’t feel comfortable with that. Otherwise everything was great!

This property was so nice! It felt like a home away from home and conveniently close to Whistler village without all the commotion and noise. The unit had a very comfortable and homey atmosphere and we loved that we could access a pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable too and it was nice to be able to watch tv from bed as well.

It would be too small to accommodate 4 people but it worked fine for the 2 of us. Helpful to have a device for charging electronics next to the bed. Too many unnecessary decorative pillows and other items for such a small space.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice dishes, glassware and appliances. Even had a good assortment of spices! We are already familiar with Lake Placid Lodge and particularly enjoy the pool and hot tub.

The lights in the dark corridor just behind the front door were not working. The Sony remote control was missing which did not allow us to watch TV in the main room. There was no bedside alarm clock.

There were a few small things that had been neglected by the cleaning crew between guests. I let the owner know and she took our concerns seriously and took appropriate action (They had not been aware previously as they are not on-site)

The area and vibe are beautiful. Everyone we ran into was in a great mood and very friendly. The suite is close to all the shops you might need or want while on a trip

We liked the size of the unit and amenities that were listed but did not deliver. No cable TV - did not work on both tv's. Small portable AC only enough to cool the living area, no AC in bedroom when door closed; even this portable AC tripped a breaker, cutting off wifi, AC, and hood-fan over the cooking stove Oven was so dirty from previous guests that it stank like fish; It smoked our chicken vs. cooking it, and without an exhaust fan, it was unbearable to be in the unit. After multiple emails and phone calls to the host/ owner, we were told that Vanessa would come by after two hours, but no one showed up for the duration of our stay. Our vacation was ruined by this booking.

Bed linen had not been replaced from the previous stay. Bottom sheet also had dried blood spots. Contact said she was on the other side of the world and was woken by our call( no local contact). To avoid a long wait for service assistance, we were given a code to access clean linen and we changed it ourselves. Late at night, this was a horrible experience.
