The facility has undergone a makeover and is really up to date. No issues with the WiFi but the TV did not work well. Breakfast had good choices and was delicious. Let the front desk know about the TV and they called the service provider.

Noisy renovation ongoing during breakfast, after talking to the contractor they said to start the next day after breakfast. I should not be the one talking to the contractor. I'm the guest. I also did not like rhat the beds were not made, refreshed during our 3 night stay. Is housheeping understaffed, or do they miss efficiency?

The hotel is going through renovations at this moment. The working hours are limited but it looks a bit untidy. We had a heater on before going to the bed but had to turn it off due to large noise from the heater.

Clean and spacious rooms. The staff who helped us check in was professional and helpful.

My recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were simply wonderful, ensuring a great night's sleep. However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. Serving food on disposable plates with disposable forks and spoons is just terrible. It's inconvenient and unpleasant to eat from them, and it's outrageous that the hotel cannot afford to provide proper ceramic plates and cutlery for the convenience of its guests. Additionally, the pastries were completely stale. The breakfast warrants maximum complaints, and if it is included in the room rate, next time I would prefer a room without breakfast. Furthermore, the toilet being at knee height is just ridiculous; it's uncomfortable to sit down and stand up. Overall, while the bed was great, the rest of the experience fell short.

I liked that staff had taken the time to turn on an interior light and turn up the heat as I was a very late arrival (1am). The room was spacious, updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows - the most imprtant factor for me as it is difficult for me to get a decent sleep away from home.

When they sent me an email with the option to tip the staff, we decided the kitchen staff could use a $5 tip and went ahead to fill out the process to do so. Later I find a transaction for $6.99 based on the $5 tip we paid. The transaction fee of $2 is ridiculous and wasn't even mentioned otherwise we wouldn't have done it. Also the pool was way over chlorinated and the entire family, especially myself had red irritated eyes and for the whole evening I couldn't even look at the light without.sunglasses on. We came after the renos, the rooms were super nice and we even stayed an extra night in a different room. The breakfast selection was really great to see as well.

I didn’t realize how much was being renovated. I do think there should have been a discounted rate. Breakfast is was meh, wish there was a few more healthier options.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice. The waterslide was perfect for the kids.

The pool was a nightmare due to being sooo cold, soooo loud (the echo in there is stupid so it sounded like there was 200 people in there) and I had to go ask for towels twice. They definitely weren’t checking up on it. Not the cleanest pool area either. The entire lobby was under construction which I was unaware about upon booking. They had sectioned off a piece of the room that’s under construction for the “breakfast area”.. not only the fact that everything was covered in dust, but it was beyond congested. We were sardines in a can. Hopefully It will get back to normal there soon

Room listed as having a spa tub instead has a regular shallow bathtub. Blond hair in shower and room was very dusty.

The pool could be a little warmer.

The staff were super friendly from the man who checked us in to the maintenance man to the cleaning staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. It was a little noisy with people coming back and forth from the pool to their rooms but we didn’t mind and it was always quiet after the pool closed at 10. The beds were very comfortable, modern decor, updated tvs. My 3 kids (4,7 and 9) and I had a great stay. They loved the pool and I loved the seating around the pool so I could read while they swam for hours.

Lobby under construction, staff seemed unable to keep up with cleaning up after guests that were back and forth to the pool and breakfast. Seemed like staff couldn't keep up with the complimentary coffee and water or keeping the lobby clean. Maybe more staff when lobby under construction?

We really liked our stay at this hotel on spring break. Even though it was under construction and messy. The room was really big, we liked the pool, we enjoyed the breakfast. the decor was really nice in the room.

Pool area needs some love. Showers by the pool didn't work. Towels were frequently not stocked.

Renovated rooms were great. Communication about ongoing renovations around the hotel was appreciated. Kids had a blast at the pool. Breakfast had good variety.

I was upset that I had booked a Jacuzzi Suite and then the morning of my checking in I learned they don't have any Jacuzzi Suites anymore, had I known beforehand I would have looked for other options, they did offer free cancellation, but most of the hotels were booked due to spring break and Hockey.

The location was good, continental breakfast was good. Our room was a nice size.

Two tiny things that didn’t necessarily make or break our stay, just observations but the beds weren’t very comfortable and we could hear almost everything when people were walking through the hallways. The walls seemed awfully thin compared to other places we have stayed.

We loved the updated rooms! So classy very modern. Hot breakfast a little something for everyone and the location we had so many little shops /strip malls right by.

Nothing really to complain about. It’s currently being renovated but it wasn’t a big deal. The upgrades look good!
